Who are we?
DWFritz Metrology (a Sandvik company), manufactures ZeroTouch®, a family of non-contact, high-speed inspection products designed for in-line or near-line measurement processes for multiple industries, including automotive, aerospace, orthopedic, and many more.
In support of IoT and Industry 4.0, DWFritz designs products that compliment high-volume manufacturing processes by incorporating high-speed, non-contact, in-line inspection, and metrology solutions using state-of-the-art sensors and integrated software to help meet your challenging GR&R requirements. Our expertise with cutting edge sensors allows us to rapidly capture millions of data points, measuring all geometric features and generating not only a dimensional report, but also a digital twin of your part at each stage of production with a dense, micron-level point cloud.
The ZeroTouch® platforms are designed to remove bottlenecks from the manufacturing process. The level of precision and reduced inspection cycle times has produced a significant and immediate value for our customers.
