EMBATHERM OPERCULES

EMBATHERM Opercules, a family company, was founded in 1995 by Alain BEREZIAT. Its first vocation was the manufacture of packaging machines, typically filling and sealing.

At that time, the large aluminium manufacturers, which have continued to concentrate since then, had minimum orders for lids that were much higher than the average order of 50,000 lids for cosmetics. Our machine customers were therefore struggling to obtain supplies. So, driven by demand, we started to cut heat-sealed aluminium lids.

All our products are manufactured at our site in La Boisse in the Ain region (north-east of Lyon).

On the machine side, we manufacture heat-sealing machines for all production rates, packaging lines and special machines for many fields: the cosmetics industry, but also the pharmaceutical and food industries. The design, machining of mechanical parts, wiring and programming are carried out in-house.

All the production means necessary for the production of lids and subcontracting in heat sealing are manufactured in-house as well.

Located in the same premises, the two activities are therefore technically linked: the lidding section benefits from the technical expertise and responsive maintenance service of the machine section, while the machine section benefits from the expertise of the lidding section in flexible films.

Furthermore, this allows us to offer our customers complete solutions, even if both the machines and the lids are compatible with other manufacturers' systems.
