Who we are

EP MECA offers a complete range of machines for mixing, grinding and homogenizing fluids. These machines are adapted to your specific processes, and are calibrated according to your production needs. Our fields of interest are mainly chemistry, petrochemistry and the environment.

Over time, to produce quality equipment, EP MECA has a well-developed and powerful machine park with complementary functionalities. Today, 90% of machines are produced internally, in our machining, boilermaking, waterjet cutting and assembly shops. These same skills are proposed à la carte, in subcontracting.

Finally, since customer satisfaction is our number one priority and it is important to attest, EP MECA is certified:

- ISO 9001 (Quality Management System),

- MASE (Occupational Safety and Health Management System)

Our boilermakers are ASME approved (international standard of quality in boilermaking).

Our values

Throughout the project, our teams support customers to evolve the solution and best meet their needs. Informed advice, adaptability, responsiveness are the drivers of our approach.

For EP MECA teams, for our clients.
We design special machines that comply with the standards in force in the field in which customers operate, in the interests of user safety. Also, safety rhymes with quality: EP MECA guarantees the quality of its products and processes, and is certified ISO 9001, MASE and ASME for its works in boiler making.

Aware of the impact of its activity on nature, EP MECA has put in place many preventive and corrective measures in order to reduce the effects of its production and products on our environment: use of permanent magnet synchronous motors and motors (Leroy Somer) which allow our products to consume 30% less electricity than a conventional engine, limit the speed of the company's vehicles to 90 km / h, insulation of buildings, recycling and sorting of all waste by the company RDS, relating to the operation of facilities classified for the protection of the environment, recovery, sorting and recycling of obsolete or unused products, economical mode on machines as on the press brake AMADA which can be controlled by a frequency variator allowing an energy saving of 20%, acquisition of an OMAX cutting center which allows a productivity gain of 20% while reducing consumption energy consumption (30CV against 40CV motor for older models), floor cleaning thanks to the Orbio 5000 MS technology which allows a cleaning without product.
