Founded in 1945, we are now a globally operating company with headquarters in Germany, sales offices in Austria and Singapore and representatives in more than 80 countries on all five continents. Our core competences: Development and production of control units, pilot lights and terminal blocks. Our product portfolio further includes membrane and short-stroke pushbuttons, enclosures, limit switches, control panels and function modules. Our customers particularly appreciate our flexibility and our professional know-how in the development of customised solutions for individual applications.

Schlegel also stands for quality „made in Germany“. Following this principal, our products are made exclusively in Germany, from product development and toolmaking to production. We buy only our high-quality raw materials on the world market. The in-house production ensures the constant high-level quality of our products. Moreover, the high range of vertical in-house manufacture and our medium-sized structure allow flexible and quick response to individual needs of our customers and to changes of the increasingly globalised market.
