Founded in 2024 in Hangzhou, China, Hangzhou Mairui Gas Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. (Mairui Gas) provides gas separation membrane products, on-site gas generation equipment and engineered gas systems. Our core team brings more than 20 years of professional experience in air and gas separation, supporting industrial customers in China and international markets.

Products and Technology

MR gas separation membrane modules are at the core of Mairui Gas’s gas separation business. Depending on the separation duty, MR membrane technology can be applied to nitrogen generation, oxygen enrichment, compressed-air drying, carbon dioxide removal, biogas upgrading and selected customized gas purification processes.

Our product range includes MR gas separation membrane modules, membrane separation systems, PSA nitrogen generators, PSA oxygen generators, compact refrigerated air dryers including mini models, filters and other compressed-air treatment equipment. Each product line can be supplied independently or configured as part of a complete packaged, skid-mounted or containerized system.

Engineering and Delivery

Every project begins with confirmed operating conditions. We evaluate feed-gas composition, flow rate, pressure, temperature and contaminants, together with the required product purity, recovery, outlet pressure, dew point, operating mode and site conditions. Based on these data, we determine the appropriate technology route, equipment selection and process configuration.

For membrane projects, our work includes membrane module selection, performance calculation, membrane-bank configuration, pretreatment requirements and process design. Within the agreed project scope, Mairui Gas can integrate compression, filtration, drying, temperature control, piping, valves, instrumentation, control and safety functions.

Products can be delivered as individual modules, stand-alone equipment, packaged units, skid-mounted systems or containerized systems. Our services cover technical evaluation, equipment selection, engineering documentation, system assembly, factory testing, commissioning guidance, operation training and after-sales technical support.

Industries and Applications

Mairui Gas serves applications in industrial gas supply, inerting and purging, oil and gas, marine and offshore engineering, biogas and biomethane production, food packaging, electronics manufacturing, metal processing, laboratory gas supply and environmental processes.

For non-standard gas mixtures, including selected carbon dioxide, hydrogen and helium separation duties, we can conduct a project-specific technical feasibility assessment based on complete feed-gas data, operating conditions and required product specifications.
