HLC METAL PARTS LTD(HLC) is a professional manufacturer of metal parts. We are technical in the development and design of precision tooling and the production of precision metal parts (such as precision casting, stamping, CNC machining metal parts) and plastic parts. We also provide assembling and fitting services of metal and plastic accessories.

In 2003, HLC was established in Dongguan, China. Professional customization, manufacturing hardware parts according to customer needs (samples, 2D & 3D drawings).

In 2013, our new factory (HLC Partes Metalicas de Mexico S.A. DE C.V.) was established in Monterrey, Mexico. Specializing in the designing and manufacturing of plastic injection molds and jigs for automotive industry.

The total factory area: 12,000 square meters. Stamping product production line, there are 35 stamping machines. Tolerances can reach 0.01mm, including electrical contacts and contact assemblies. Machined product production line, with 45 machines, the tolerance can meet 0.003mm~0.005mm. Machined parts are widely used in different fields.

HLC is IATF16949 & ISO13485 certified.
