Since 1983, Inox Meccanica has been designing and manufacturing machines for automation in the processing and packaging of meat and sausage products, as well as systems for washing and sanitising all equipment and foodstuffs produced, responding to the different needs of customers.

Thanks to an exclusive ‘Pilot Plant’, we can experiment with industrial production, both for the development of new products and for the improvement of the traditional production process. The products obtained from our experiments can then be evaluated from a microbiological point of view in the new analysis laboratory and from an organoleptic point of view in a modern tasting room.
