JEMAR TERMOMETRÍA, S.L. specializes in industrial temperature measurement and in the design and custom manufacture of temperature sensors for demanding industrial processes and applications.

Temperature sensor design and manufacturing

We design and manufacture thermocouples, RTD PT100 and PT1000 sensors, thermowells, protection sheaths, multipoint sensors and special assemblies, adapting each solution to the actual operating conditions and technical requirements of each installation.

Custom manufacturing

Our manufacturing capabilities allow us to configure each sensor according to the application, including sensing element, diameter, length, protection material, process connection, connection head, cable, transmitter, mechanical protection and accessories.

Industrial and high-temperature applications

We develop solutions for high-temperature applications, furnaces and thermal processes, the chemical industry, cement plants, the steel industry, autoclave manufacturers, industrial machinery, energy and other installations where temperature, materials or process conditions require a specific solution.

Materials and special configurations

We work with a wide range of materials and configurations, including stainless steels, special alloys and ceramic protection systems, selected according to operating temperature, process requirements and service conditions.

Industrial temperature measurement components

In addition to complete temperature sensors, we supply thermocouple extension and compensation cables, RTD cables, connectors, ceramic protection sheaths and tubes, temperature transmitters and other components for industrial temperature measurement systems.

ATEX, verification and calibration

JEMAR also develops solutions for ATEX applications and operates its own laboratory for temperature verification services. When an accredited calibration is required by the process or customer documentation, we arrange ENAC-accredited calibrations through accredited external laboratories.
