Latty International S.A. is a company that was created in 1920, and is managed today by Christian-Xavier Latty, grandson of the founder. Since its inception, Latty International S.A. has been providing its customers with its know-how in the design, creation and evolution of manufacturing processes for sealing solutions. Latty International S.A. covers a very wide range of products related to sealing: braids or seals, mechanical seals, flange gaskets, which are used in a wide variety of sectors of activity in France, but also abroad, where the company achieves 40% of its turnover. Latty International S.A. has built its reputation by respecting very strict quality rules which guarantee repeatability, product safety and reduced maintenance costs, particularly in the nuclear sector where sealing solutions are required for the most critical applications.
Latty International S.A.'s main sectors of activity are energy, food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, petrochemicals, cosmetics, etc., and many solutions are also provided to OEMs in the manufacture of pumps and industrial valves. Latty International S.A. invests more than 5% of its turnover in research and development each year. The company has its own test platform on its production site in BROU (28) where customer prototypes are produced. The company also regularly organises customer training courses.

Every year, 5% of GROUPE LATTY’s revenues are invested in the test laboratory at its plant in Brou. All products are tested in actual operating conditions in order to perfectly satisfy users’ needs. Whether it’s a question of reducing friction stress, facilitating the use of equipment while maintaining its efficiency, or reducing maintenance time, every effort is made to offer ever more innovative products. These efforts are rewarded when LATTY’s customers acquire their ISO 19443, 15848, API 622, 624 or 641 qualifications.
