For more than 65 years since our founding, the pipe cutting machine (pipe coaster) has been handed down as a synonym for the pipe cutting machine that leads each era.
In recent years, we have participated in many projects of buildings that represent the world, and pipe coasters are playing an active role not only as cutting machines for round pipes but also as cutting machines for steel materials such as square pipes.
From Maruhide Koki, which cuts round pipes, we are evolving as a more universal company.

We will respond to inquiries from abroad for your comfortable use of the PIPE COASTER.

1. Emergency case of machine parts (abroad)
We receive an inquiry from our customer in Thailand around noon saying that
they had trouble on the touch panel. Since their construction schedule was tight,
we flew to Thailand to hand them the parts. Around 2 am of the next day,
the fixing was completed. As a result, the machine stopped only for a half day,
and they could minimize the delay of their schedule.

2. Maintenance and support for parts
For the customers who request periodical maintenance,
we do fine adjustment of the machine in addition to the inspection.
The parts for the PIPE COASTER are genuine products of class leading makers.
Therefore, those are available internationally.

3. Support for data entry
We had a question about data entry. Our customer had hard time entering data
even with the operating manual. We sent sample data,
and gave them instruction about data entry and concept behind.

For better understanding of correlative cutting, we offer lectures about datalinking from 3D CAD.

Since the establishment of Maruhide Koki Co., Ltd. in 1955, we have strived to sincerely respond customers’ wishes, and have integrated such points to our work.

With our major product “PIPE COASTER,” a high-status cutting machine which cuts pipes along correlation contour curves, we have received appreciation from customers for about six decades,
and we have continuously strived for the research and development in order to realize various requests from our customers.

Our company sprits for pipe cutting has been taken over from my grandfather to my father, and my father to me. In recent years, our machines have evolved to be able to cut not only round pipes, but also square pipes and other types of steel to meet customer’s requests. We hope that these developments will lead us to become a more global and universal company.
