Founded in 1913 Matrix Machine Tool (Coventry) Limited remains at the forefront of thread grinding technology. Manufacturing our machines in Coventry England where Matrix started 113 years ago and still using tried and tested traditional methods to build our machine tools. We offer machines with capacity in length from 500mm up to 2 meters with advanced Siemens control. The thread grinding software is Matrix own and is simple to use with easy thread data entry. Standard and exceptional threads can be accommodated as well as worm forms.
Matrix now offers a hob and shaper sharpening machine and a range of gear form grinders and cutters, inclusive of our new generating gear form grinders for high output production. Our gear grinding software is intelligent windows based and easily allows for adjustment of tooth profiles.
