The unique selling point of the marking systems from Mobil-Mark is that they are mobile, universally applicable and can mark or engrave surfaces made of nearly any material. Additionally, no protective laser housing is required, and users do not need any personal protective equipment (PPE). Mobil-Mark lasers are the only marking lasers of their kind in the world.

The Laserserial "Quasar"

Our Mobil-Mark Quasar is a laser system that delivers the ultimate in flexibility, safety and user-friendliness. The Quasar is available in three performance classes and is capable of marking nearly any material or surface shape with ease. It is safe to use without any additional protective equipment, and thanks to its compact design and easy mobility, it is always ready to use wherever you need it.

The Laserserial "Nova-f"

A laser designed for the harsh conditions in the ceramics industry: Not only does the Nova-f boast an extremely long service life and good dust-resistance; like the Quasar, it also has the advantage of being portable enough to transport directly to the product, it has laser protection class 1 certification and can always be precisely and flawlessly adapted to your workpiece.

Humanity is currently living as if it had 1.7 earths at its disposal. According to the WWF, annual consumption will be two planets in 2020 and three in 2050. There is no end in sight to this trend. We at DENIOS are committed to nature - and not just with our products. Many measures to protect the environment and resources are already used in our daily work. A CO2-neutral building has already been realized with the help of a 1,000 square meter photovoltaic system on the roof and heat recovery from production. The production hall and offices are heated using the waste heat from the rotation process. Heat is also recovered from our compressed air systems and painting. LED lights, which are controlled by motion detectors, ensure optimal and at the same time energy-saving light. Overall, the production and administration area was increased by 15% as a result of the construction measures and at the same time the energy requirement/m² was reduced by 25%. In the future, even more attention will be paid to CO2 efficiency and lower energy consumption during modernization and construction measures in our international plants. For example in the plant opened in 2016 in the Czech Republic. A combined heat and power plant (CHP) provides electricity generation and waste heat is used.
