Polypack Europe

Since 1959, Polypack Europe is specialized in packaging products for the end of production lines. We manufacture machines that enable products to be grouped together and then placed in transparent or printed film, in cardboard or combining film and cardboard such as pads, trays or Jacketpack™.

Shrinkwrappers are suitable for any type of industry as the products processed can be beverages as well as food, personal care and cosmetic products, pharmaceuticals, or other consumer goods as well as industrial or construction products, regardless of their shape. Grouped together they are easier to transport, store, are protected and promoted and are ready to be put on the shelves and transported by the final customer.

Polypack is international with a production site in Tampa (USA) and in France with sales offices in these countries but also in Mexico and Germany. Sales agents in North Africa, India and Brazil complete the network.

Our range is composed of shrinkwrappers with sealing bar and without sealing bar to form bundles in printed or transparent shrink film with lunula. We also produce shrinkwrappers with a conformer for a totally closed pack. We also offer carton solutions with bundling and wrap-around case packing or tray former machines.

Most of our shrink-wrappers are compatible with various solutions for grouping, protecting, highlighting and advertising on the products and offering a bundle ready for sale. These solutions include pad, tray, Jacketpack™, printed and labelled film, insertion of vertical supports, handles, piling system, product orientation, easy opening and patented robotic equipment for product selection and placement (pick & place). We regularly innovate in order to meet changing needs with, in particular, batches with reinforced lunula that replaces the handle, or even the plastic handle to facilitate the recycling.

The products that can be treated are extremely wide ranging. There are the traditional glass and plastic bottles, bricks, tubes, flasks, jars, cans, bricks, tins, bags but also less conventional products such as floorboards, wooden logs, pipes or even rolls of scotch tape, textiles or fruits.
