Santroll pioneers the entire spectrum of electric-drive technology and has secured 986 granted patents to date. Our core product line covers high-performance motor inverters and electric motors, highlighted by deep expertise in designing and manufacturing permanent-magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) with flat-wire hairpin stator windings that deliver superior system efficiency. Santroll commands a full-stack motor-development toolkit that carries a design from concept to production‐ready hardware. Our engineers integrate structural design with an array of high-fidelity simulations—including electromagnetic, thermal, loss and efficiency studies; flux-density mapping; short-circuit-current and torque-ripple analyses; cogging-torque prediction; electromagnetic-force and demagnetization assessments; and comprehensive NVH simulations—to optimise every aspect of motor performance. This end-to-end capability enables us to deliver power-dense, highly efficient, and quiet drive solutions that meet the most demanding application requirements.

Building on this deep expertise in motors and controllers, Santroll delivers more than off-the-shelf products: we provide fully customised solutions tailored to each customer’s specifications. Whether the brief calls for a particular power rating, voltage-current envelope, form factor, cooling strategy, or integration interface, our engineering team collaborates closely with clients to translate requirements into bespoke hardware that slot seamlessly into their systems.

Santroll pairs high-throughput electronics assembly with advanced motor manufacturing, our five fully automated SMT lines can place and solder 6 million components per shift, maintain a first-pass defect rate below 60 PPM, and run at more than 80 % utilisation, ensuring rapid, consistent production of motor-controller PCBs. On the electromechanical side, a dedicated, robot-driven line has achieved mass production of eight-layer flat-wire (hairpin) motors, giving us an annual capacity of 100,000 drive units.
