SIGMA PRESSE S.r.l.

About Us

Sigma Presse designs and manufactures hydraulic presses and servo presses customized to meet specific customer requirements, with tonnages up to 50,000 kN (5,000 tons), providing customers with access to its design team, composed of technical staff with over forty years of industry experience. The production of each press is subject to strict and continuous quality control.

Using advanced FEM (Finite Element Modeling) calculation technologies and parametric CAD, each press is customized to meet the customer’s specific requirements, ensuring that performance expectations are met.

Special hydraulic presses for:

Automotive: sheet metal forming, heat shield forming, SMC, SMC CARBON, RTM, and PCM, FORGED CARBON (solar energy sector).

Sheet metal: deep drawing, sheet metal forming, pre-bending, and bending. The sheet metal can be made of various materials, not only iron, but also carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, superduplex, and chromium steel.

SMC – SMC CARBON – RTM – PCM and FORGED CARBON are used in the automotive and solar energy sectors.

Steel forging.

Gaskets (chemical and oil sectors): molding of PTFE, FILLED PTFE, PEEK, MELAMINE, POM, GLASS FIBER SMC, and CARBON FIBER SMC. We also offer molding of special gaskets, ball valve inserts, sealing rings, and phenolic and urea-based materials.

Calibration of welded, cold-formed, and sheet-metal-formed tubes made of carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, superduplex steel, and chromium steel.

Our values

QUALITY AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Every press manufactured by SIGMA PRESSE undergoes rigorous and continuous quality control, from the design phase through to final testing.

SIGMA PRESSE is strongly committed to exploring new applications, while never compromising on the professionalism and reliability that have always set us apart.

In particular, the company is pursuing an ENERGY SAVE program, designing and manufacturing servo-presses with energy-efficient hydraulic systems that allow the end user to reduce energy consumption by up to 70% during the production cycle compared to a traditional hydraulic system. It also significantly reduces noise while achieving better acceleration and speed. The ENERGY SAVE system almost completely eliminates hydraulic oil overheating and thus reduces oil degradation, in addition to saving energy used for heat dissipation.
