Who are we?
Building machines and plants that are able to mount even the smallest components at high speed and with great precision poses a major technical challenge for many plant manufacturers. However, this is exactly where SIM Automation GmbH excels. If there is one thing that our team of over 230 employees in Heilbad Heiligenstadt can do, it is planning, developing, constructing and assembling high-speed machines with short cycle times.
We don’t sell standard products, but instead solutions that can be integrated perfectly into your system and transform it into a real value chain. We can also build complete production lines with state-of-the-art manufacturing and testing technology. This is because we can fall back on our in-house feeding and sorting technology, which allows us to manufacture individual components with demanding geometries.
Our values
One of the core skills at SIM Automation is the planning, development and production of individual, customer-specific assembly plants – something we have been involved in for 60 years now. Our product portfolio here ranges from the effective design of individual manual workstations all the way through to completely interlinked, highly automated process lines. In our plants, we handle all common transfer systems and can thus offer solutions that are independent from the branches of our customers, whether medical engineering, pharmaceuticals, food and cosmetics, the automotive industry or electrical engineering.
