Our company specializes in the development and manufacturing of nano-coating agents and specialty paints that add multifunctional performance—such as heat shielding, anti-soiling, and durability—to existing buildings. In particular, we focus on the research and development of coatings and paints with advanced thermal insulation and heat-shielding properties. Our Double Energy-Saving Plan, which combines the IRUV Cut Coat for window glass and heat-shielding paints for rooftops and rooftop-installed outdoor air conditioning units, has earned high praise not only in Japan but also overseas for delivering up to 30–50% in energy savings by reducing air conditioning load.
For window applications, we provide IRUV Cut Coat, a roller-applied coating with heat shielding, thermal insulation, and UV-cutting functionality. This product has been distributed through over 200 agencies in Japan and is sold in more than 40 countries worldwide. By cutting up to 90% of direct heat transmission through glass, it significantly reduces cooling loads and is expected to provide approximately 25–30% energy savings.
For rooftops and outdoor units, we offer a three-layer system known as the Triple Energy-Saving Guard Coating, consisting of:
•Rust Shield, a base coat with a 10-year anti-corrosion guarantee
•Heat Shield PU, a white aliphatic polyurea heat-reflective coating with more than 85% infrared reflectivity and over 20 years of weather resistance (roller application)
•Super Glass Barrier, a top coat with anti-static and super-hydrophilic self-cleaning properties that maintains long-term reflectivity
This system offers four key benefits—waterproofing, anti-corrosion, heat shielding, and anti-soiling—and provides a durable, multifunctional energy-saving solution with a 20-year lifespan. It is widely adopted both in Japan and internationally as a state-of-the-art coating technology.
In addition, we provide a range of advanced coating solutions to solve various issues commonly found in existing buildings. These include:
•UV Shield PU, a transparent aliphatic polyurea + UV-cut coating that restores faded signage color and preserves appearance for up to 15 years
•Solar Self-Maintenance Coat CNT (patented), which prevents dirt accumulation on solar panels and helps restore power generation efficiency
