Vimfun Diamond Wire Saw specializes in the design, manufacture and global supply of high-precision endless diamond wire saw systems, targeting demanding industrial applications such as semiconductor wafers, sapphire, optical glass, ceramics, graphite and carbon composites. With our proprietary endless (closed-loop) diamond wire, we are able to deliver superior cutting quality, reduced kerf loss and elevated throughput — especially at the hard-to-cut margins of advanced materials processing.

Our Technology

Cutting Principle: Our system operates with an endless diamond-wire loop (typical lengths under 10 m) that runs continuously at high linear speeds (~80 m/s) under wire tension of 150-250 N.

Technology Advantage: Unlike traditional reciprocating wire saws (which use long wires >1,000 m and require frequent direction changes), our endless solution ensures uninterrupted motion, higher surface finish quality (virtually no wire marks), tighter dimensional tolerances and less material damage.

Material Compatibility: Engineered for hard and brittle substrates including silicon wafers, sapphire crystals, optical glass, advanced ceramics, graphite blocks and carbon-fibre composites.

Application Industries: Semiconductor manufacturing, solar / photovoltaic, optical components, advanced materials R&D and production.
