(DHE) is a state-level high-tech enterprise that founded in Xi’an High-tech Development Zone in 1992 and completed stockholding system reform in 2016. Dedicating in development and manufacture world leading automatic instruments, we had established a completed modern enterprise management system and acquired ISO9001 international quality management system certification, ISO4001 environmental management, OHSAS18001occupational health and safety assessment certification and SIL safety integrity level certification. Our products are widely used in petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, transportation, military oil depots, electricity, medicine, new energy and many other fields. Good performance and reputation of our products had already made us the main level measurement instrument supplier for SINOPEC, PetroChina, CNOOC and other large enterprises as well as military oil depots.

In 1990, Dr. Dinghua Wang, founder of DHE had invented ELL Non-contact Level Instruments. They could complete accurate level measurement from outside of the containers. As a real non-contact measurement method, this pioneering design is leading both international and domestic level measurement technologies. With this perfect design, our product ensured safety and convenience at the same time, and was already used in long-term on hundreds of different medium from thousands international and domestic enterprises. Over the years, the product had won a high rating from all of our customers. In the year of 2009, DHE had promoted national industry standards (HG/T 21581-2010)by adding Non-contact Level Instruments in the standards –Installation Drawings for Automation in Petro-Chemical Industry of China. Hence then, Non-contact Level Instruments had become the main instrument for level measurement of hazardous chemicals in China.

With 20 years development, DHE had always put requirements of customers as first and insisting independent innovation. We had designed and manufactured ELL series Sonar Non-contact Liquid Level Transmitter, ELL series Radar Level Transmitter, Tuning Fork Type Level Switch, Temperature Measurement Instruments, i-Tank Tank Farm Management System and many other instruments. All of these products are with mature design and with many years experience on the market. By accumulated experiences from products in hundreds ofthousands sites and conditions, we had never stopped development, improvement and update of our products. This ensured our leading position on both technology and product internationally and domestically, and helped us to provide products more reliable, safe and advanced.

Since its establishment, DHE had dedicated to studies of basic theories and applicable technology and won second price of National Award oftechnologicalinvention, first prize of science and technology in Shaanxi province, first prize of CNPCI (China National Association for Automation in Petroleum and Chemical Industry) for advanced technology, company of self-dependent innovation demonstration, the title of automation products cared most by professionalusersand dozens of other important state and industry level prizes. Besides, we had accomplished National High Technology Research and Development program of China (863 program), national development project for internet of things, key technology research projects of State Administration of Work Safety for production safety, Innovation fund of theMinistry of Science and Technology, major scientific and technological innovation projects of Shaanxi province and other state and local level major scientific and technological programs and projects successfully. By owning more than 20 invention patents and several authorized patents for utility models by SIPO (State Intellectual Property Office of the I. P. C), we had formed a professional patent group in certain field.
