The factory formerly was Zhuji Machine Tool Works, founded in 1952, has nearly 60 years of production of lathe history, is the key backbone of the machine tool industry in Zhejiang Province, the national key high-tech enterprises, the company was originally state-owned enterprises, 1997 through restructuring, is now a joint-stock private enterprise.

The company has two factories in Chengxi and Shuangqiao, with forging, metal processing, heat treatment, sheet metal, assembly, paint and other full set of process equipment production lines, with an annual output of 15,000 sets five-axis machining center, CNC gantry machining center,CNC horizontal machining center, CNC vertical machining center, multi-functional CNC lathes,CNC vertical lathes, flat type CNC lathes, precision manual lathe and other machine tool production capacity.

Since 1986, more than 58899 machines had been exported to 143 countries. The average years of cooperation with our regular oversea purchasing dealers is around 12.8 years. There are two brands under KD, they are NATIONAL VICTOR & miUmac, former one is mainly used in China, miUmac is the brand for global market.
