The girder is a central component for slab and wall formwork systems and choosing the right one is crucial in achieving the highest possible level of cost-effectiveness. The decisive factors are the durability and handling costs - not the original investment.
Through the high load-bearing capacity and rigidity of the GT 24 compared to other 20-cm high formwork girders, fewer girders, steel walers or props are required for both wall and slab formwork.
Due to the high proportion of synthetic resin in the high-grade timber web, the PERI VT girder is able to maintain its high level of dimensional stability and robustness. Steel caps, secured with side-to-side rivets, provide strong impact and edge protection and extend the service life of the girder.
The VT 20K has been specially developed for use with slab formwork, and is the low-price option for thinner slabs. |

SKYDECK with drophead system
Striking can be carried out after only one day (depending on the slab thickness and strength of concrete). The panels are easier to detach from the concrete, materials handling is accelerated, and the qunatity of materials is reduced.
Less cleaning means shorter shuttering times
This is possible due to the plastic rack, powder covering and the special design. The SKYDECK main beams lie protected under the panels. The panel as well as the main beams have integrated self-draining edges. The edges of the panels are also undercut which keeps cleaning to a minimum. |

Brazing and grinding operations are one of the most important noise sources in industrial working environments. Prolonged exposure to high noise concentrations can damage ear drums and cause noise-related deafness. Besides personal suffering, this often means long term absences through illness or high costs as a result of permanent disability. In less serious cases, too much noise is often the cause of loss of concentration and consequently loss of quality and lower production volumes.
Too much noise also seriously disturbs communication on the shop floor which leads to mistakes. Studies have shown that noise pollution in training rooms leads to gaps in knowledge and even to educational errors.
The government has established maximum permissible noise level standards. The maximum noise level to which employees are exposed on the shop floor should be limited to the legal maximum noise level. |

KOPRON® double-wall side sheds are installed between the walls of two existing buildings: they have two sides running along the walls of the two buildings that remain visible thus providing for direct access to the KOPRON® shed, while the two ends are left open to make it possible to enter and exit from the shed. The ends can be closed with sturdy sliding curtains.
The unique feature of these sheds is that vehicles can run under them in all four directions because they have no continuous walls on any side. Thanks to this particular feature KOPRON® double-wall side sheds are recommended to be installed to join two buildings together to allow for transit between the two buildings while being perfectly protected against precipitations and to create also a covered area suitable for the storage of incoming or outgoing goods. |
