FLIR i5 is not only the most advanced and affordable infrared camera in its class, but it is also the most compact, lightweight and easy to use.
Point and Click
It is fully automatic. All you have to do is just point and click to see the heat variations in the environment around you and find exactly what you are looking for. It works because everything gives off heat. The FLIR i5 creates a visualization of heat differences for the naked eye. No matter if you are a plumber, an electrician, or if you install windows, insulation or HVAC systems, FLIR i5 gives you an edge in building diagnostics.
Catch the Heat of the Moment
The infrared readings from the FLIR i5 are immediately and clearly visible on a full-color display. You save your readings as an image for later reference. The FLIR i5 infrared camera is ideal for detecting hidden problems, assessing damages, surveying moisture and leaks, identifying energy losses and poor insulation, and finding electrical faults and overheating.
Key Features
Easy to use, compact and lightweight
Large 2.8" color LCD screen

Understanding the thermal performance of advanced materials is a key R&D objective in many industries including Aerospace, Defense, Propulsion, Energy, Catalysts, Consumer Products, and Electronics. In support of this need, QUEST has developed the Thermal Analysis Microscope (TAM) System. The TAM allows scientists and engineers to explore material behavior at actual operating temperatures, on a microscopic scale. Some applications include crack detection and length measurement, thermal conductivity measurement in single and multi-layer materials, debond detection, absolute temperature and thermal gradient measurement, and temperature induced shape change measurement

Infrared thermography is an effective approach to non-contact measuring of temperature distribution for a range of applications. To use this approach also in industrial process control, InfraTec offers INDU-SCAN as a modular test system based on thermographic cameras for a variety of performance ranges for stationary applications.
The thermographic camera is installed in the immediate proximity of the process to be monitored. To withstand unfavourable environmental conditions, the camera unit can be protected with a housing and an air purge unit. To cover large monitoring requirements, the camera can be mounted on a pan/tilt head. Using digital data output is an excellent pre-requisite for flawless and long-term stable processing of all pixel temperature values of the image. The image can be synchronised with the process rate. Over a connection line with varying length, if required a glass fibre transfer line, the data is passed on to the evaluation unit based on an industrial PC with a colour display.
