Our torque meters are able to measure torques on rotating parts (e.g. to measure a motor torque) or fixed parts (e.g. to check a torque wrench).
We provide sensors for fields such as industry, automobile, test and inspection benches, assembly or screwing systems.
High technology rotating torque meters
For these sensors, the signal is transmitted between the fixed part and the rotating part either with or without electrical contact, so that we can reach rotation speeds of up to 30 000 rpm with a measurement precision of 0.1%.

Torque Sensor TCU-100
TS-1 is a measure converter that calculates an electrical motors torque in Nm and converts it to an output signal from 0–10 V.
Introduction:
* Torque measuring in a large frequency range 10-400 Hz
* Measuring takes place directly at motor wires. This prevents fault measuring caused by interruption or loss before and inside the frequency inverter
* Its possible to measure the torque from a separate motor when using a shared frequency inverter
* Simple installation even in existing installations, without extra mechanical components
* 24 V DC or AC power supply with galvanic isolation
* External hall current sensor for precise current measuring without the need for main current to flow through TS-1 witch gives a high safety
* Standard analog output 0-10V or 4-20mA
* Calibrations: 500 volt / 200 Amp. / cosö = 1 / 50Hz = 10 volt / 20 mA output signal witch is equal to 276 Nm when using a 2 pole motor with 1 winding trough the hall- sensor LA 205S and 100% range.

With its compact, bearingless, maintenance-free design, the new TF Torque Flange Sensor from Magtrol brings many appealing advantages to torque measurement applications. The TF's high torsional rigidity supports direct mounting on the machine shaft or flange, avoiding the use of couplings on one side. This allows easy integration into a test system, shortens the overall length of the test bench and reduces costs.
Based on strain-gauge technology, the TF Sensor's precise telemetry system enables highly accurate signal transmission. A signal amplifier mounted in the measuring flange amplifies the measuring signal, modulates it to high frequency and transmits it inductively (via the HF transmitter) to the receiver. In the receiver, the digitized torque signal is transformed into an analog output signal of ±10 VDC. Rotational speed can be measured and converted to a TTL output signal with the optional speed pickup.

PCB® Series 5300D TORKDISC® In-line Rotary Torque Sensor Systems are designed for test applications requiring a robust rotary torque transducer where axial space is at a premium. Onboard, the transducer is a field proven electronic module that converts the torque signals into a high-speed digital representation. Once in digital form, this data is transmitted to a non-contacting pick-up loop, with no risk of noise or data corruption. A remote receiver unit converts the digital data to a high-level analog output voltage, and a serial digital output.
Series 5300D incorporates dual high level analog outputs, AC and DC coupled, providing both static and dynamic torque measurement capability that can be recorded separately and independently scaled; which is particularly beneficial when high DC levels are present or when low levels of AC content is of particular interest. Series 5300D also features industry leading DC bandwidth to 8500 Hz, resulting in increased dynamic response characteristics. The DC coupled output features an 8-pole low pass elliptical filter with user selectable frequencies for minimal roll off at each filter selection. A 2-pole Butterworth high pass filter with a wide range of user selectable cut off frequencies is included with the AC coupled output.

The digital TorqSense RWT330 and RWT340 Series use the latest and same non-contact TorqSense technology as used in the RWT310/320 Series in three different body sizes for torque ranges from 500mNm to 10,000Nm, with above 10,000Nm on request. The only difference for this Series is that it may be more appropriate for some applications to have the sensor unit separate from the electronics unit due to space and/or environmental limitations.

T010E is a weight transmitter amplifier that uses a modern microcontroller. Four push buttons and one display that shows the guide messages, help the operator in the configuration and weight calibration.
T010E is an instrument with high modularity. The base configuration is equipped with a display to show the weight data and two relays thresholds can be programmed as required. The options foresees one serial line available in RS232 or in RS485 mode, a radio transmission for remote data weight transfer (with R010E serial repeater), an analog output 0-10 V or an analog output 4-20 mA.
In the overload control modality (option) the instrument can be associated to category 1 as a security device (UNI EN 954-1 12-98 norm). The smaller dimensions, the best ratio quality price, make the T010E the best solution for many applications.
