The CARS, ABLE System NORMAF, conceived for the provision of energy to movable elements, offer optimum solutions for a great variety of applications, such as facilities of crane and elevators, storage in height, machines of construction, facilities of transport, etc.
Our range of provision includes:
Cars on steel cable with diameters of 6, 8 or 12mm, with a lifting capacity of 5kg. by car and until a length of 130m without intermediate supports. Cars for round cables until 40mm. of diameter and planes until 75mm. of width.
Cars for profiles until IPE 270 or IPN 360, with a lifting capacity of 15 to 60kg. Length of the system until 30m. and limitless in reinforced version.
Cars for profile C, with a lifting capacity from 100 to 400kg, speed of use to 140m/min., Length of the limitless system with possibility of the circuit formed by curves. Cars for round cables until 40mm. of diameter and planes until 400mm. of width. Option of stainless steel material.

- Wire rope systems -
For light energy supply systems with 1 to 3 cables. For applications which do not allow the installation of C-rails. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
- C-rail systems -
As energy supply system from light to heavy design. C-rail systems are used for very different applications: crane manufacturing, hoist units, transport systems, conservation technology, special engineering, etc.. C-rails are available in zinc-coated and stainless steel version. Special versions are available for explosion-proof areas. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
- Square rail systems -
Energy supply systems on square rail (diamond track) are predominately used on circular and curved tracks or in very dusty environments. These systems guarantee a perfect function even on variable levels. Our square rails are galvanized or made of stainless steel (only program 270). Special versions are available for explosion-proof areas. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
- I-beam systems -
Festoon-systems for I-beams carry flat and round cables for the transfer of electrical energy and data. Hoses are also carried for the directing of fluids, air or gases. Wampfler festoon systems are employed worldwide in steel mills, ports, zinc coating shops and compost preparation facilities, to name a few applications.

KOLIBRI: Economic chain for slight applications in the cable transport. Connector integrated in each link. Without supports until 3m.
PFR: Chain provided for short displacements, completely closed, without supports until 2m.
PLE: Chain provided with crosspieces aluminum and link of plastic. it must be used for short routes. Without supports until 6m.
PKK: This chain can be abierta or be closed in all the versions without using no tool. It is used in great routes and speeds. Without supports until 4m.
SLE: Chain provided in steel, stainless and temperate. It can be provided with crosspiece circular, of foam and vertical and orizontales separators of plastic. For great number of cables and hydraulic or tyre hoses.

Metal cable carrier
Gortrac standard carriers are manufactured from high strength steel with zinc dichromate plating for 70% better corrosion resistance than standard zinc. Gortrac carriers are also available in various grades of stainless steel. The primary advantages of Gortrac steel carriers are:
- Unsupported Span: Metal carriers offer a longer unsupported span than similar sized plastic carriers. Costlier metal carriers often provide better value than plastic carriers by eliminating the need for support systems.

VAHLE festoon systems support conductor cables, flat or round, and hoses (for pneumatic and hydraulic applications) to mobile equipment. The cable carriers are well guided in C-tracks, on diamond tracks or I-beams.

Woodhead's Festoon Systems provide a simple, inexpensive method of handling cables and hoses, but have special space requirements which must be considered to select the proper system. The height of the system is determined by the loop depth and the required working travel. A system with a greater depth will require fewer cars and less storage than a system with a shorter loop depth.

Nylatube's heavy-duty fiber reinforced nylon construction is ideal for temperatures ranging from 0 to 250° F and travel speeds in excess of 200 feet per minute.
Gortrac has many all-nylon, snap together models in stock as well as a family of Nylon/ Metal Hybrid carriers made to order for more demanding applications. In addition to being corrosion resistant, many of our carriers satisfy clean room Federal standard 209E.
