Circular washer which are pre-formed with smooth flowing undulations, thus creating a product with spring properties when compressed.
Emmotts is internationally renowned for its range of waved washers used to pre-load bearings in electric motors. Recent development have enabled the company to address diverse applications in situations where relatively high loads are required from limited deflections, for example seals and valves. Split or slotted waved washers can be produced also and materials range from spring and stainless steel to copper and nickel alloys. |

Our more than 36 years’ experience on the market for stainless steel fasteners is brought to bear with particular force in this product segment.
All of the articles with relevance to fastening technology – from the traditional screws and nuts in thousands of individual models, through washers, retaining rings and keys in many versions, right up to bolts, split pins and rivets in just as many variations – can be delivered.
Both the parts standardized in accordance with DIN or ISO and the non-standardized fastening elements (e.g. chipboard screws, mushroom head screws, washers) are available.
Stainless steel remains the material of choice for most of the Lederer customers. Hardly any other material can boast its defining properties, such as corrosion resistance, long lifespan and non-magnetizability. And not least, the optical impression made by a mirror-fi nished stainless steel fastener infl uences the choice of material more often than one would suppose. |

The advantages of ATP as compared to
screw connections:
75 % less assembly time
No assembly errors
Not dependent upon pretension loads
Displacement-controlled pressing
Employment of favorably-priced resources and tools. |

Recoil strip feed inserts provide many advantages such as:
Minimised handling costs
Faster, more economical assembly
Positive inventory control
Recoil 'Strip-Feed' inserts are available in most common thread diameters and lengths in addition to the various surface finishes which are available on standard Recoil bulk inserts |

Threaded bolts to DIN 1445 are available in standard or stainless-steel versions with diameters from 8mm to 20mm.
The best example of an ideal area of application is the conveyor belt. The seat of the roller bearing is often secured with a stud bolt. There are good reasons for this. First of all a stud bolt is easy to install. It only needs to be secured on one side, for example, with a nut. Secondly it is absolutely free from twisting and in addition has smaller tolerances than its “smooth brothers“. This guarantees reliable guiding of the belts. |

BaerCoil® Wire Thread Inserts and BaerFix® Threaded Inserts offer an optimal solution for thread reinforcement, thread repair and recovery of rejected items. They provide high strenght and high-precision threads that resist the effects of temperture, vibrations and corrosion. The inserts ensure superior threads whose compound performance cannot be reproduced by any other single fastening method.
BaerCoil® inserts are rolled from high quality steel wire with a diamond shaped cross section, wound to the shape of a spring. They are generally manufactured in 304 stainless steel, but also available in inconel x750, nimonic 90, phosphor bronze and type 316 stainless steel. Available in all metric and inch sizes, including UNC, UNF, BSC, BSW, BSP, BSF, BA, NPT and METRIC. Types: "free running" and "screw grip". BaerCoil® Threaded Inserts are available in magazined and single. BAER offers corresponding fitting solutions, from hand-held fitting tools and taps to machine fitting tools and machine taps. BaerCoil® products are compatible with wire thread inserts and tools from other manufacturers.
BaerFix® inserts are self-tapping threaded inserts with cutting slots. They tap their own threads as they are driven (turned) into drilled or cored holes. Materials: case-hardened steel zink-plated yellow chromated, brass, stainless steel 1.4105 and stainless steel 1.4305.
Available with internal thread metric and internal thread inch.
BAER offers corresponding fitting solutions, from handheld fitting tools to machine fitting tools. |

The inserti threaded they allow to obtain of the reliable and resistant anchorages in presence of materials with thin spessori. It rests can be carried out the "blind person", on accessible pieces from a single side, fastly and without details operations. For velocizzare the operation the use of pneumatic attrezature is advised.
TECHNICAL NORMS: the immense range of the materials and the forms used for the construction of the inserti threaded allows to resolve every inherent problem the assemblage of the ended manufatto one. The three various witness, ROUND, SVASATA and REDUCED concur various and reliable solutions. The materials in steel, aluminum and stainless steel allow a corrected connection to the base structure. Councils to pierce one 0,10 milimeter in more of the external diameter of the file. The hexagonal file concurs an absolute guarantee of possible spins.

Application:
Threaded insert with bores is a self-tapping fastener for the creation of wear-free, vibration-resistant screw joints with high loading capacity in materials with low shearing strength. It is suitable for installation in the following materials: Aluminum and aluminum alloys; magnesium alloys; Duroplastics, thermoplastics(with the exception of rubber-soft thermoplastics < 100 Shore A).
The head serves as a support for electrical contacts, for simultaneous fixture of several parts; when stress is applied against the head, the pull-through force is significantly increased. |
|
Heli-Coil® inserts are precision formed screw thread coils of stainless steel wire having a diamond shaped cross section.
When they are installed into Heli-Coil® tapped holes, they provide permanent conventional 60' internal screw threads that accommodate any standard bolt or screw.
All related tooling such as STI Taps, hand and power installation tools, gages and tang break-off tools are also available. Typical Applications would include: Automotive,Communication, Aerospace, Military and the Defense industries |

SR series: additional advantages
Because of its optimal dimensions, the SR series keeps all the characteristics of the conventional series while offering additional advantages for installation and use:
Easier and safer installation for higher productivity,
100% compatible with the existing tools of the conventional series, it allows adopting this new series without changing the habits of buyers and users,
More economical to buy, the SR installation tool has new user-friendly features which make it quicker to use and allows a self-check.
Amecoil locking thread inserts
This self-locking series corresponds in all points to the conventional series, the screw threads being locked by polygonal deformation of one or more turns of the thread.
This deformation results in a powerful locking on the sides of the screw thread and counteracts the unscrewing effects of dynamic stresses, vibrations and thermal loads. The locking torques obtained are comparable with the values indicated in standard ISO 2320.
The stainless steel self-locking thread insert is recognised by its red colour.
