| Pop rivets are multi-piece professional rivet assemblies, capable of being installed from one side of the workpiece. Traditionally, blind rivets were used on aircraft leading edges, trailing edges, and close out areas which are limited to access to one side of the structure. Current blind rivet usage has expanded to many additional areas of the aircraft in an effort to decrease labor expense and to address the ergonomic issues of solid riveting. |

Special rivets manufactured according to drawings are supplied on request. Aluminium, copper, steel and stainless alloys products with anodized and painted surface treatments, are available in different packages suitable for every use.

For inside or outside threads on components with insufficient wall thickness to allow threads to be cut, Böllhoff offers RIVKLE® blind professional rivet nuts and studs. These are "blind", i.e. mounted from one side, which means they can also be used in hollow profiles.

Whether it is a question of supplier of bolts with head or without, with one, two or more turned grooves, with or without pin hole, with or without thread - mbo has got most of them.
Of steel and stainless steel, in all sizes, immediately from stock. In particular the standardized DIN parts are available in practically all sizes from DIN 1433 to DIN 1445 and from DIN EN 22338 to DIN EN 22341. In diameters from 4 mm to 100 mm and in lengths from 20 mm to 200 mm. At mbo you can even get those DIN bolts which are no longer to be found in the official standard lists.
Special parts to customer's drawing or sample are no problem. We have been producing bolts here for 40 years. Why don't you profit from this experience?
