Joyce Bevel Gear screw jacks offer higher efficiency and greater speed than other mechanical screw jacks. At the same time, Bevel Gear S Series jacks still provide the benefit of a self-locking screw-no special brake is required to prevent the jack from lowering under load. Spiral bevel gears increase strength for higher capacities.
Bevel Gear screw jacks also act as a miter gear box, making them an ideal choice for many multi-jack systems. As many as three output shafts may be specified for mounting motors, limit switches, readout devices and other accessories.
Bevel Gear screw jacks are also available complete with reducer or direct drive in a ready-to-run package.
Joyce bevel gear jacks come in translating screw (shown) and rotating screw (keyed for traveling nut) designs. Jacks are available with one of four standard screw ends or special ends to meet your requirements.

ECO-Jack® XR-Series - with integrated pull back system for external pumps
Unlike the ECO-Jack ® S-Series an external pump is required to operate the ECO-Jack ® XR-Series which are equipped with an integrated pull back system.
This easens and speeds up the lifting process, particularly when using more than one jack simultaneously, or when used in confined work areas. Due to its compact
design (without a pump) its weight could be reduced up to 30% and is therefore very easy to handle even in the most extreme circumstances. It is possible for
one person to operate and control several ECO-Jack ® XR-Series simultaneously when used in conjunction with a mechanical or electrical external pump. The ECO-Jack ® XR-Series is supplied with an integrated pull back system, and is operated with 700 bar technology.

Extensions are built with high quality steel, with chromium coating on the external sliding parts, while the pneumatic parts are treated with an anti-corrosion process.
The hydraulic circuit built with holes inside the cylinder structure guarantees a perfect seal against accidental oil leaks. The rod scrapers prevent dust or other foreign matter from penetrating.
