Overview

This UK-manufactured adjustable commercial twin-ram pit jack is designed for inspection pits and ATF & MOT test lanes. It features Security Struts for enhanced safety, an air-over-oil hydraulic system with a fast-acting air pump, independent cylinder operation and transversely sliding rams for precise positioning.

• Wheels: Beam rides on four wheels with needle roller bearings for ease of movement; parallel wheels standard for flat-angle pit edges; tapered wheels available for RSJ supporting rails; spring-loaded wheels available on request (retract under load to lock position)
• Power pack: High-output hand pump with delivery valve, preset overpressure valve and 'dead man' release valve for high flow to the cylinders
• Rams: Two double-acting hydraulic cylinders with 400 mm stroke, chrome-plated rods, advanced seals, safety hose burst valves and 90° isolation valve for visual confirmation of position
