The 40 Tonne Air-Operated Twin-Ram Commercial Pit Jack is a heavy-duty pit jack designed for commercial vehicle inspection and lifting operations, offering multiple built-in safety features and adaptable pit-width configurations.

Technical specifications

• Capacity: 40 Tonne lift (double rams) – 20 Tonne per ram
• Beam: covering pit widths from 950 mm to 1200 mm (contact manufacturer if pit is larger than 1200 mm)
• Wheels: beam moves on four wheels with needle roller bearings for easy movement; spring-loaded wheels retract under load to lock position
• Power pack: high output hand pump providing required flow to the cylinders
• Rams: two double-acting hydraulic cylinders with 400 mm stroke; chrome-plated rods and advanced seal technology; each cylinder fitted with safety hose burst valve and a 90° movement isolation valve for visual confirmation of position
