Construction & components

• Beam: covers pit widths from 750 mm to 1400 mm
• Wheels: beam runs on four wheels with needle roller bearings; parallel wheels standard for flat pit edges, tapered wheels for RSJ supporting rails; spring-loaded wheels available on request (retract under load to lock position)
• Power pack: high-output hand pump with delivery valve, preset overpressure valve and 'dead man' release for controlled high flow to cylinders
• Rams: two double-acting hydraulic cylinders, 400 mm stroke, chrome-plated rods and advanced seals; each cylinder fitted with hose burst valve and 90° isolation valve for visual position confirmation
• Warranty & compliance: 5 year warranty (T&Cs apply); designed and manufactured to Machinery Directive 98/37/EC and BS EN 1494:2001; complies with EC requirements and LOLER; each unit tested, serial numbered and supplied with test certificate
