Electrical pallet trucks with integrated weighing system
The EGW – B weighing system can be installed on any brand of electrical pallet truck. The weighing system has a high accuracy and is available in legal for trade version. The construction consists of two parts. The forks of the electrical pallet truck are modified and fitted out with four or six load cells of 1000 kg. A pair of fork shoes are fixed rigidly onto the load cells. This construction without moving parts guarantees a very robust build of the weighing system. The weight indicator and any peripheral equipment are mounted in such a way as to achieve optimal visibility without obstructing a proper operation of the truck.

The fork construction of the truck is mechanically modified in order to mount the scale components, with only 0.25 inch of added fork height. The 110 or 310 indicator shows the weight on the forks and can communicate this weight with a truck terminal or warehouse management system. For checking incoming goods, avoiding picking errors, or avoiding overloads on freight trucks.

Bruss weighing systems for electrical stacker trucks
The GTW - B weighing system can be mounted on all electrical stackers and has a high accuracy which makes a legal for trade version possible. The weighing stacker consists of two components. The carriage plate and the forks are modified for the mounting of 6 load cells, 1,000 kg capacity each. Onto these load cells the fork shoe is mounted. Without moving parts this construction guarantees a robust weighing system. The load cells and cables are completely protected. The indicator and optional peripheral equipment, e.g. a printer, are installed in such a way that the readability is optimal and the stacker truck remains easy to operate.

The HGW-BX combines the controlling function of a very accurate weighing system with the mobility and the flexible availability of a hand pallet truck. With the Bruss HGW-BX you weigh pallets and containers during transport, at the place of handling. You save time when checking incoming and outgoing goods and during the dosing and filling process. The HGW-BX is developed for use in EX-zones. The system is equipped as standard with rotating indicator, large pushbuttons and stainless steel forks. Carriage scale for lift trucks
The RVL weighing carriage plate allows weighing in combination with attachments, like clamps or rotators: the carriage plate scale is mounted between the original carriage plate of the trucks and the attachment, via standard Class 2 or 3 fittings.
The 110 weight indicator is mounted in the cabin of the truck. Signal transfer from carriage plate scale to indicator is by Bluetooth connection.
Since the combination of carriage plate scale and attachment causes a displacement of the center of gravity of the load on the forks, it is advised to recalculate the residual lifting capacity of the truck.

The RCS PLUS is an accurate hydraulic weighing system for forklift trucks. On a forklift truck with a capacity of 2.500 kg the weight graduation is displayed in steps of 2 kg, with a 5 kg tolerance (+/- 0.2%). The RCS PLUS weighs by measuring the pressure in the hydraulic lifting system of the forklift truck, via a temperature compensated sensor on a valve block.
During a controlled descent of the mast the pressure in the hydraulic system is measured repeatedly, the software translates these measurements into an accurate weight indication of the load on the forks.

On a forklift truck with a capacity of 5,000 lbs the weight is displayed in steps of 5 lbs, with a + 10 lbs tolerance. Features
The Portable Pallet Scale 2815 can weigh directly on the loading ramp. This reduces loading and unloading times and frees up personnel. It's not the pallets that have to go to the scale, it's the other way round. The front has a handle for carrying, and castors are attached to the fork ends as standard.

Multi-range and multi-interval capability

The high resolution multi interval scale features a measuring range that consits of several partitions with differing sclae gradations. When there's an in- or decrease of load, the maesuring range is automatically determined by total load. Due to its partitioned measuring range, the scale allows for more work flexibility for the end user than a multi rangs scale. Switching to a lower partition after tarring by using a given pre load value is possible.
The multiple range of the scale are each treated as a single range scale. Switching between different weigh areas while being loaded is only permissible with increasing calibratin value.
