The Model KBMD-240D, also called Multi-Drive™, is a packaged SCR drive in a NEMA-1 enclosure. It utilizes the KBMM™ speed control for its electronics. The Multi-Drive™ is rugged and compact in size. It handles both 115 and 208/230 Volts AC line inputs by setting the built-in Dual Voltage Switch. In addition, the single model can be used on a wide range of motor horsepower by inserting the appropriate Plug-In Horsepower Resistor®. The Auxiliary Heat Sink P/N 9861 (optional) increases the rating of the basic unit to 1 HP at 90 VDC and 2 HP at 180 VDC. An optional Forward-Brake-Reverse Switch Kit (P/N 9860) is also available.

DC Drives : Pacemaster 1 & 2
Adjustable-speed PACEMASTER DC Drives are robust, rugged and reliable. PACEMASTER 1 is available in 1/4 to 2 HP ratings and operates from single phase 115 or 230 volts AC.
PACEMASTER 2 is available in 3 to 5 HP ratings and operates from single phase 230 VAC. Each drive solution provides linear performance and EMI noise immunity. Both drives are UL Listed and CSA Certified.

DMV 2322 - DMV 2342 Series
The DMV 2322 and DMV 2342 drives are designed to supply separately excited continuous current (dc) motors from a three phase ac supply between 220 and 480 V, ±10 %.
The drives control armature current and speed, and the induced current if the drive is equipped with a variable excitation supply (option for ratings greater than 210 A).
Totally protected against disturbances related to the application, to the motor or to the mains supply, they can display a simple and rapid diagnosis of their operating state.
Entirely digital they are programmable by the user.
The DMV 2322 is a 2 quadrant unidirectional drive.
The DMV 2342 is a 4 quadrants drive, with energy recovery on the mains when operating as a generator.

The KBPC Series NEMA-4X (IP-65) SCR DC Motor Speed and Torque Control is designed for applications requiring washdown watertight integrity. Its housing is ruggedly constructed of die cast aluminum which is protected with an acrylic coating for the ultimate in corrosion resistance. All switches are sealed with rubber boots and the main speed potentiometer contains a shaft seal.
The KBPC state-of-the-art electronics include short circuit and transient protection to provide the ultimate in reliability. Electronics overload protection is also provided which prevents motor burnout and demagnetization of PM motors. The control can be operated in either the speed or torque mode via a jumper selection. The current range, which is also jumper selectable, eliminates the necessity for calibration of IR compensation and current limit for most applications. The KBPC also contains jumper selections for AC line voltage (230/115), DC armature voltage (180/90) and feedback type (armature/tachometer).
