The new, highly efficient Encore powder pump flows more powder with less air for a softer, more powder-rich spray pattern to speed painting and further increase transfer efficiency while also lowering air consumption. And the new mobile platform accommodates both a fluidized hopper and all-new vibratory box feed unit for maximum operating flexibility.

MACH-JET is a new cart design using revolutionary materials. This allows for easy mounting, provides storage areas and has an integrating air gun for quick powder cleaning. Its plastic design makes cleaning very easy.
MACH-JET is a very light gun, which integrates controls on the handle from where the operator can choose (with only one hand) from 4 preset characteristics of application. The powder flow can also be controlled from the handle. Three luminous diodes permit to the user to visualise the program in use. This is exclusively available only on MACH-JET.
A rotating connector below the handle makes the user’s movements easier, it protects the powder hose from pinching, the couplings are precise and fatigue is reduced. This special device allows a quick release for any maintenance operation.
MACH-JET is a very user-friendly control module that is very easy to work-with. The control setup permits work to be conducted immediately with the use of preset operator programs. The operator can adjust these preset programs if desired.
The whole module is integrated on the front part of the cart. It is mounted on an inclined plane so that the operator can have easy access to the readout.

The Model 977v3 Pulsed DC Controller has been designed to operate with the full industrial range of Meech Pulsed DC static elimination equipment. It is light and compact but able to cope with the most technically demanding industrial applications. In addition to the ability to control power output, frequency and polarity, the 977v3 also offers alarm and remote monitoring and control functionality. The Model 233v3 Pulsed DC Controller has been designed to operate with the Series 200 range of ionisers for ESD applications. The 233v3 is light, compact and features lockable plug and socket connectors for quick release. It also provides the option of Steady State DC (SSDC) output.
