The Meech Model 904 is a constant voltage power supply, designed to provide a 7kV source for Meech AC ionising equipment. It is adjustable to operate at 100-120v or 200-240v input voltages and is available in either 50Hz and 60Hz versions to suit local conditions. The 904 utilises a modified shape of output wave form and is uniquely designed to allow automated manufacture for increased reliability and extended product life.

The Meech Model 915 AC Bar has been designed to meet the most arduous of static elimination problems, including those encountered in high speed applications. The powerful performance of the Model 915 provides very fast decay times and effective ionisation up to distances of 150mm. It is shockless and is easily maintained. SIMCO anti-static bars generate an electrical field through a high voltage on a row of ionizing emitter points. This causes the air molecules in the vicinity of the bar to break down into positive and negative ions. Because opposite charges attract, any charged material passing near the bar will attract ions until the charge on the material is neutralized. The materials will no longer be attracted to each other or to the machine parts. The Meech Model 992v3 30kV Static Generator creates a controlled level of static charge to impart temporary bonding between materials, at least one of which is insulative. The 992v3 provides a high voltage output adjustable over the range 0-30kV or a constant current that can be adjusted between 0 and 500µA. The selected output voltage or current is shown on a digital display. The adjustability of the output voltage and current enables the unit to be used in a multitude of applications and with a variety of materials. SIMCO Chargemaster systems are excellently suited for temporarily bonding materials; adhesion between the material surfaces is brought about by generating an electrostatic charge. As a result, production processes can often be simplified and accelerated. A system consists of a DC highvoltage generator and one or several charging electrodes. The generator generates the high voltage for the high voltage points in the electrodes. The high voltage points produce ions to charge the materials, which then adhere to each other or to other surfaces electrostatically. Highfrequency switching technology is used in the generators. This technology ensures a consistent output voltage at a preset value, until overloading. The generators are electronically current limited and protected from spark-over. Features of the modern design include the control panel, which has membrane switches and rotates through 180°.

KDA 75 04 DC Charging Bar
H&O charging bars are used in applications in which the materials should be sticked to a place or each other. Many production steps require sticking of components or materials to each other. This sticking shouldn?t leave marks and damage surfaces of the products when the materials are seperated. High resistant materials such as paper and plastic can be bonded to conductive surfaces without using glue.
Electrostatic charging which is provided by ionization, is a charger system consists of a charging generator and a charging applier. Charging bars are designed to execute a specific charge. Their needles are resistively connected to high voltage so don?t cause sparks and provide a secure operation.
n case of a positive and negative polarity, the voltage of power supply should be adjusted. For static charge applications, charging bar is installed to a distance of 10-20mms. Connection channels placed in the back of charging bars provides an easy and safe installation with the plastic connection apparatus that has dimensions of M8x60. For proper operation, each static charged material should be neutralized with the most appropriate ionization system before they are bonded.

The 995 Edge Pinning Claw is a powerful pinning head intended for use on cast-film lines. Pinning the edges of the cast film to the chill roller prevents necking of the film.
