The DM-CB can operate in and off line. Suitable for tight spaces, it guarantees demagnetization of a wide range of piece sizes. It consists of an electric cabinet and, separately, a conveyor belt with integrated coil and relative support.
Versatile: A modular device that can easily be incorporated in the line without further adaptation costs.
Compact: the size of the conveyor belt is reduced to the minimum.
Simple: it can be adapted to every industrial layout.

The model RDU3-A, is a fully automatic unit consisting of an electronic demagnetizing and handling unit with a conveyor belt. It has also a compressed air system for top coil height regulation and applying a load to the rings during demagnetization.
The RDU3-A has been created to demagnetize large bearing rings: Diameters 120 to 420; Height 20 to 200. The versatile working of this machine guarantees complete adaptability to a wide-range of applications.
Functioning sequence: The ring is loaded onto the conveyor belt, it is detected and measured, transported to the centre of the demagnetizing coils. At this stage, the conveyor belt stops, the coil descends pneumatically while a load is applied to the ring to be demagnetized. The coil rises and an enabling signal are given when a new ring is delivered. The conveyor belt starts again and the demagnetized ring is unloaded.

Bussi Elettronica Industriale has manufactured patented Electronic Demagnetizers since 1969.
The high level of specialization and the continuous search for new solutions, guarantees top quality products and service. Demagnetising a metal part efficiently means contributing to the overall quality of the finished product.
The D-F series demagnetizers for FlexLink and the D-R series for Rotzinger fit into the conveyor systems of the two brands. These models consist of an electronic cabinet with support and a demagnetizing coil.
The metal parts, usually rings and bearings, lie on the conveyer chain. The chain brings them into the coil and, when the piece is in the middle of the coil, the unit releases a capacity discharge without stopping the line. These models are also suited for all types of metal parts, of different dimensions and shapes.

Ferrous materials and tools can become magnetised due to a number of causes, such as during sanding, grinding,
polishing, welding, punching or cutting operations. However, this may also occur de to direct contact with (magnetic equip-ment), or even simply as a result of friction during processing. Whatever the cause, the result is the same: magnetised products that stick to one another and attract dust and swarf.
Besides demagnetising equipment Goudsmit also manufactures lifting magnets. For more information: please click here:

Impulse Magnetizer X-Series
The IMPULSE MAGNETIZERS of the X-SERIES are a development by MPS backed by decades of experience in the production of impulse magnetizers. Only the most reliable and always up-dated technology is incorporated in control cabinet design with high ease of servicing.
This series magnetizes, demagnetizes and calibrates magnets and magnet systems of AlNiCo, ferrite and rare earth alloys by allowing the magnets to be subjected to the strong, magnetic field of an electric current.
Due to their flexible construction the devices can be easily supplemented, modified or altered and this can be carried out in most cases on the spot.
True to our MPS motto «quality counts» this series of impulse magnetizers is equipped with a Siemens PLC and Siemens capacitors as well as constructional units of only the highest quality.
In addition to the standard operation via instruments on the front panel the equipment can be operated via interfaces of all types and via display and keyboard.
The control cabinet design used enables the single units to be easily assembled - thus time and cost saving. Furthermore it facilitates all service and maintenance work as all components are easily accessible. In the development of this series the requirements of the «world» of a production plant - rough and sparingly equipped - were given priority. But this series is also suitable for application in the laboratory although MPS has a whole selection of devices offering a multitude of functions especially for this area available.

Handheld demagnetizers
These handy appliances are suitable for the removal of local magnetic fields which are situated on the surface. Hard magnetic spots are also removed by the powerful field.

Even when residual fields are small, magnetization in a machine shop can cause problems with mechanical equipment. For example, ferrous grit attracted by magnetized tools and dies can cause excessive wear, and magnetized parts in assembly operations may hang up in feed chutes and magazines.
The only answer to such problems is demagnetization, which is accomplished by subjecting a magnetized part to a strong reversing magnetic field to disarrange the magnetic particles so that the required residual magnetic field is obtained.
Aperature Type Demagnetizer
Walker demagnetizers are designed to negate the effect of residual buildup with units matched to the size and material of the workpiece and engineered with control circuits that can effectively erase the residual fields. Walker has the only compensated units available that provide increasing field strength with increases in workpiece volume.
