WS multipurpose Workstation
Designed for Marking, Plastic Welding, and Surface treatments, the Standard Workstation is a Class 1 enclosure enabling the use of FL, CL, and DL OEM laser systems, by a simple plug & play integration.
Its large work area (590x360mm) and its large laser safe viewing window make it a very pleasant tool to use with of course every laser safety precaution included.
In almost all laser processes, the distance between the piece to process and the laser has always to be the same. That is why, depending on the piece thicknesses, the laser has to be positionned at the appropriate height. The standard motorized Z-axis and additionnal red pilot aid for focusing allow a quick and easy positioning of the laser using saved files on the computer or simply moving the axis up or down with the mouse. Axis travel is 500mm.
For peculiar piece geometry, several piece handling options are available such as rotating axes, linear axes, or compressed air pressure systems. We can also provide fume extractors integrated into the workstation for hazardous fumes and dusts.

LP-400 series
SUNX conceived the LP-400 series Laser Markers especially for industries with particularly high demands on speed and functionality. LP-400 series Laser Markers are CO2 laser marker systems with an output power of 10W, 20W or 30W that, due to an ultra fast galvano-scanning method (max. 12,000mm/s), can mark moving objects on-the-fly at a line speed of up to 240m/min.!
The incorporation of an encoder interface permits optimisation of marking and flying speed.
Due to their small laser beam diameter of just 110µm, LP-431U-C and LP-411U-C are especially well suited to mark or modify difficult materials such as glass or PTFE. LP-400 series Laser Markers can also process more than 10 different codes, e.g. bar code, Data Matrix code, etc.
Due to their somewhat shorter wavelength of 9300nm, the LP-420S9U and LP-420S9TU Laser Markers are ideal for marking clear plastics such as PET or PC.
Three useful Windows programmes are included with all SUNX Laser Markers: "FONT Maker" allows you to create your own individual characters. "LOGO CONVERTER" converts logos and images in JPEG, BMP, HPGL and DXF formats to the Laser Marker format VEC. "Laser Marker NAVI" allows you to conveniently operate all SUNX Laser Markers offline or online from your PC.

48-series lasers
All 48-series lasers operate from standard 30VDC power supplies, and can be either fan-cooled (48-1 and 48-2 models), or water cooled. Synrad’s 48-series lasers are ideal for incorporation into marking, engraving, and small cutting systems, where performance, low price and high reliability are essential.
The laser tube is a rigid box structure design that provides an ultra-stable platform for the laser resonator. Synrad’s 48-series tubes are mounted into an H-shaped heat sink extrusion that also serves as the chassis for the drive electronics. This guarantees that the laser will withstand the harsh requirements of modern industrial environments.

High intensity on the workpiece
The LEO is more effective than many other laser beam sources with a higher output power. It is not the power at the exit alone that is decisive, but the pulsed power density in the marking area on the object. The LEO beam source generates an extremely fi ne spot in the focus. A particularly high intensity is achieved in this way.
No one is finer
Precision is to the fore in our LEO laser beam sources. Wherever high-resolution structures are to be generated, these beam sources are the preference. With the LEO you can label precisely, and also create filigree engravings.
An investment providing returns
Our LEO is a powerful laser beam source for high-quality industrial marking facilities. It is available in different power levels. The combination with a galvano scanner and an efficient marking software results in a compact and also inexpensive facility.
Long-lasting and low in maintenance
We have continuously further developed the laser beam sources: They have proved their value in operation on large numbers of parts. A long lifetime is guaranteed, due to the fibre based technology.
Highly developed technology
LEO laser beam sources are diode-pumped solid state lasers in a compact housing. Their pulse peak power is extremely high. Our LEO laser beam sources have an excellent lasering mode: TEM00. The highest pulse peak power is already achieved at a pulse frequency of 2 – 10 kHz.

The high electro-optic conversion efficiency of the Identità 60W allows low electrical power consumption with a reduction footprint for the cooling element.
This high efficiency also allows to reduce ageing of the diode laser for long life applications, which reduced replacement costs upon consumption of the diode after an average of 25,000 working hours without any maintenance interventions.
The laser resonator is designed specifically for marking, engraving and micromachining application by optimizing the beam quality. The long-term stability of SagittaTM laser reach the requirements for integration into automatic production lines.
Integration into a complete system is extremely simple.
The power supply rack comes complete with hardware features required to be easily interfaced with external components to build a turn-key system. In order to create a laser marking system it is only required to give signals to control the Scanning Head.
Replacing the laser diode module is extremely simple, all you need is an allen wrench.
Identità 60W is often required on precision marking components, surgical instruments, tools and ball bearings. Using 100 and 160 mm focal length objectives, SagittaTM is able to engrave metals with a very high material removal capacity. The high power density of laser beam combined with the high speed of the scanning head, allows fast, deep engraving on metals.
