With our OEM marking devices you can label quickly and precisely in your production. The investment/benefit ratio is extremely favourable. We have developed the quality and working life of the device to a high level.
Our marking systems have a wide range of applications. Metal, plastics, ceramics or glass can be marked. The lasers can be used as a single workplace or integrated into an automated production facility.
Our sophisticated software „Mark“ enables quick setup and safe working procedures. We provide standard parameters for a good production result on a very wide variety of materials.
You can choose from 2 marking systems: LEO Mark or AQUILA Mark. Both marking systems have a high quality laser beam source: LEO or AQUILA.
LEO Mark - the precision professional
Precision is to the fore in the LEO Mark. Wherever high-resolution structures are to be generated, this laser is the fi rst choice. When labelling with LEO Mark, you will achieve an excellent edge sharpness. Due to its extremely compact dimensions, LEO Mark can easily be integrated into your production. In addition, this laser is a particularly inexpensive solution.
AQUILA Mark - the high speed specialist
AQUILA Mark is the ideal solution for marking at high speed. It can cope with large numbers of parts in short cycles. With AQUILA Mark, larger marking areas can also be labelled. In addition, this laser can produce deep engravings.

The SpeedMarker FL is a galvanometer-based marking system which is powered by a fiber laser. This system stands for rapid processing speed and top precision as well as highest durability of the realised markings on a broad range of materials.
The SpeedMarker FL laser source is a state-of-the-art fiber laser which means that the laser is very robust ("all-in-fiber-design"), compact and efficient. Whereas the emission wavelength is comparable to a normal YAG laser (1064nm), lifetime and reliability of a fiberlaser are significantly higher. The SpeedMarker FL can be easily integrated into existing production lines, even if the available amount of space is very limited. However, the SpeedMarker FL can also be operated as a stand-alone solution when combined with the specially designed workstation.

Power and precision.
Diode-pumped laser sources for marking and engraving.
End Pumped Solid State Laser solution for industrial laser marking applications. An industrial optical fiber connects the laser Head to the Power Supply unit.
The laser diode pump is located in a sealed module inside of the air cooled electronic power supply rack.
Characteristics of the ViolinoTM 3 are an excellent beam quality, high peak power, short pulse width. Highly aggressive on metals while at the same time limiting thermal effect for optimum marking of plastics.
Ideal for marking a broad range of materials with the best results on steel, titanium, aluminum (bare, anodized or coated) as well as on plastics (such as ABS, Lexan, PES, PET, PVC), polycarbonate and many others.
The simple end-pumped architecture using a TE cooled diode laser pump with high MTBF, assures the reliability and availability of the system which is required by the standards of many industrial applications including automotive and electronic manufacturing.
Power, long term stability and precision of ViolinoTM 3 laser allow successful use in all laser marking applications: ENGRAVING, ANNEALING, ABLATION and COLOR CHANGE. ViolinoTM beam characteristics permits material interaction effects such as vaporization, surface marking, removal of coatings as well as alteration of the molecular structure of a material area without affecting the material as a whole. Whatever the case may be, the result is always a visible and high contrast marking.

Fully-automatic system for ‘UTC’ laser marking of beverage closures. The system is characterised by its compactness and the option of integration into existing production lines. The closures are fed fully automatically and in the correct position depending on the feed system selected. Depending on the layout of the feed system, closures with a diameter of up to 50 mm can be marked on the inside, but also on the outer surface (top).
They are transported by means of a vacuum band where they undergo ‘On The Fly’ marking. This significantly speeds up the whole process, since no processing time is wasted handling the products. The result is an extremely high marking speed of up to 1500 parts per minute. This depends on the material being marked as well as the text or logo.
A piece of software specially developed for the application called ‘TP_mix’ allows the user to deal with all common variants of marking of ‘UTC closures’. These range from simple logos to the marking of codes (unique message). The user can generate all these variants with great ease and, more importantly, with the level of security (passwords, logging etc.) required for this type of production.

The new Hand-Held Fiber Laser Marking System is the industry’s first 12/24 volt hand held fiber laser system.
The standard configuration of the handheld marking system allows for many different options to meet any production need. This extremely versatile unit can be moved easily for convenient operation from any location and is capable of marking materials ranging in size from minuscule to considerably large equipment that would not fit into traditional marking systems. Additional features include ease of installation allowing for quick start-up and graphical-based programming for a minimal learning curve. Requirements beyond those listed above will be quoted upon request.
Due to the increasingly worldwide nature and importance of the optics/electro-optics industry, detector/sensors industry, components industry, and materials industry, the United States government and the Department of Homeland Security initiated a variety of programs where lasers became an essential part of present and future defense applications. In the private sector, a variety of government contractors elected to use lasers and advanced optics to comply with strict government regulations. Laser Photonics envisioned the opportunity and successfully introduced and delivered applications compatible with military standards, while continuing to perfect the use of our laser technology for future commercial and defense applications.

Pulsed Fiber Laser Coder for Metals, Plastics and hard-to-mark Materials
ALLTEC LF100 & LF200: Small, flexible, reliable
ALLTEC LF100 and LF200 are small and compact, flexible, versatile and highly reliable for many applications in the electronics, automotive, tools and metal as well as aerospace, and medical devices industries. LF100/ LF200 are capable of static and on-the-fly marking on a variety of plastic, metal and other hard to mark materials with 10 watts (LF100) and 20 watts (LF200) of output power respectively. They provide an unrivalled compact mechanical design with one of the smallest marking heads of its kind and straight-out or right-angle beam exits for increased versatility in tight spaces (esp. in OEM machines). Less-frequent maintenance intervals and extreme reliability maximize uptime and reduce costs.
ALLTEC LF100/LF200 use a maintenance free, air-cooled Ytterbium fiber laser source instead of a gas laser tube or a laser rod which are used in CO2 gas and Nd:YAG solid-state laser coders. Both can quickly apply complex variable data such as high-quality identification matrix codes, bar codes, logos and serial numbers.
Additional advantages include further ease of integration due to the systems dovetail joint; the ability to decide for PC independent operation via a special software interface; the possibility to choose from a selection of languages displayed on the user interface (e.g. English, Chinese, Turkish, and many more) along with password-protected security levels provided by the flexible and proven Windows®-based Smart Graph™ software.

LP-V series
SUNX’s latest generation of laser markers utilises an enhancement of YAG technology called FAYb (Fibre Amplified Ytterbium).
These fibre lasers provide several advantages over traditonal Nd:YAG systems, such as a better marking quality (laser beam diameter, e.g. LP-V10U-C 60µm), smaller housing dimensions, a significantly longer lifetime of more than 60,000 hours and lower fixed costs because FAYb systems consume much less power (390VA) and get by with simple air cooling.
Due to their average output of 12W (compared to 50W of a YAG laser), SUNX’s LP-V series Laser Markers can mark nearly all metals using the laser processes of deep marking or black marking. Using the laser processes of internal foaming, carbonisation (colour change) or bleaching, resins can be marked or even modified with outstanding quality.
The LP-W052U-C is especially well suited to mark products of the electronics industry, e.g. semiconductor devices, due to its extremely small laser beam diameter of just 30µm and because it marks in continuous wave mode.
Both the LP-V and LP-W series come equipped with an encoder interface to mark moving objects, e.g. objects on an assembly line. Other standard features of the LP-V and LP-W series include a code function (Data Matrix, various bar codes, etc.) and standard functions such as counters, expiry date and lot number generation.
