Bulk flow meter, belt weigher
The LB 442 bulk flow system is used for the precise mass flow determination of solid matter in a variety of conveyor systems. On many conveyor systems, the radiometric weighing system is the only suitable method for determining mass flow.
The BERTHOLD TECHNOLOGIES system can also be used to determine the mass flow in "free fall" in pipes or chutes. You will find detailed information on this in our information leaflet "Free Fall Bulk Flow Meter". The LB 442 provides both the flow rate as well as totalling the mass of solid matter over an individually selectable measuring range from 0-200 kg/h up to 0-10.000 t/h.
With the bulk flow system LB 442, measurements can be taken directly after bunker, chute outlets or transfer systems. From fine powders to large particles weighing more than 10 kg, the LB 442 measuring system is used worldwide.

FMS belt scales are designed for mobile and stationary applications e.g. mobile crushers or stationary conveyors. They are extremly robust and overload protection of the sensor is built-in. The installation in new or existing conveyor systems is easy. FMS belt scales are in successful operation since more than 20 years.
BMGZ Measuring Roller
The forces of the side parts of the belt are transmitted over conical disks separately supported on bearing exactly to the center shaft - and this way upon the force measuring bearings.
Features
The conical disks are moveable on the shaft and can therefore be adapted to any conveyors
Available for angles of inclination of 20° to 45°
All parts are galvanized to provide durable protection against corrosion
Simple design through use of FMS force measuring bearings
Compact device through integration of force and speed measurment on the roller shaft
Measuring bearings and cabling protected against damage from falling material
Maintenance free

Marel's heavyweight champion
The Marel Food Systems' M-Check 4800 is a flexible, robust process weigher with a rugged modular Intralox belt for large, heavy items. Suitable for raw meat or products packed in bags or boxes. The M-Check 4800 is designed and built to be incorporated into very wet sections of a food processing plant.
The checkweigher is capable of withstanding intense washing down procedures, the use of stream, high humidity and high belt speeds in conjunction with both packed and unpacked products - while maintaining the same high level of precision.
Main Uses:
- Prevention of underweight and/or overweight packages
- Ensuring compliance with net contents legislation for sealed packages
- Checking the number of items in a package on the basis of weight
- Trend regulation (via feedback communication to external equipment)
- Weighing before and after a process for yield calculation

Milltronics MLC is a low-capacity scale for light belt loading. The MLC is suitable for monitoring such products as fertilizer,
tobacco, animal feed pellets, or sugar.
The MLC’s patented use of parallelogram style load cells results
in fast reaction to vertical forces, ensuring instant response to
product loading. This enables it to provide outstanding accuracy
and repeatability even with very light loading. The MLC may be
easily installed in existing flat belt conveyors or belt feeders.
Milltronics MSI is a heavy-duty, high accuracy full-frame single
idler belt scale used for process and load-out control. Milltronics MSI belt scale provides continuous in-line weighing
on a variety of products in primary and secondary industries. It
is proven in a wide range of tough applications from extraction
(in mines, quarries and pits), to power generation, iron and steel,
food processing and chemicals. The MSI is suitable for monitoring
such diverse products as sand, flour, coal, or sugar.
The MSI’s patented use of parallelogram-style load cells results
in fast reaction to vertical forces, ensuring instant response to
product loading. This enables it to provide outstanding accuracy
and repeatability even with uneven loading and fast belt speeds.
