Excellent for the mixing of concrete, gravel, mortar...
The rotation of the concrete mixer in the mixing direction allows the loading of aggregates.
A manometer (pressure gauge) can be seen from the driver's cabin. It allows the dosage control at each step.
By keeping the mixer turning, it is possible to keep on mixing while transfering onto the delivery site.
By reversing the direction of rotation the requested quantity is discharged on the chosen place.

The NUVM 1.5 Compact volumetric mixer is flexible and therefore ideal for precast applications as a static unit, great for remote locations trailer mounted where it can be towed to site and reloaded, and invaluable for towns and cities when mounted on a 7.5t truck where access is a problem for larger mixers.
The NUVM1.25 can produce 1m³ within three minutes and can also be used to produce screed or mortar, with a constant production rate at any cement content.

The turbomixer MT 130 E mixes water and cement. The unit is powered by an electric motor that transmits the motion to the centrifugal pump by V-belts. The electric motor is equipped with belt tension screws. The carter protects the belt/pulley unit. The turbomixer is complete with inspection door.

Portable MIxers
The portable Mix-N-Go mixers, available with polyethylene or steel drums, are ideal for jobs including small footings and bases, binding block and concrete patching. They're sturdy enough to mix 3 cubic feet (85 liters) of material.
Stationary Mixers
This 12-cubic-foot (340 liters) capacity plaster/mortar mixer is a stationary model that eliminates the bulky undercarriage on tow-behind mixers. This, along with standard forklift pockets, allows a forklift to pick up, and safely move, the mixer.

The BHS Twin-Shaft Continuous Mixer represents an effective and reliable solution for continuous mixing processes, particularly with a high proportion of aggregates.
The mixer is suitable to produce aggregate mixes, RCC, landfill sealings, lean concrete etc.
Notable features are reduced wear, simple maintenance and low energy consumption.
The cured material on the trough wall serves as a wear protection. You just have to readjust the mixing tools from time to time. As an alternative we also offer hardcast tiles as wear protection or a rubber trough.

The development of new types of concrete lead to the consequence that apart from quality control also development and research work is being performed more and more frequently in a concrete laboratory. Thus, the concrete laboratory is gaining a new strategic importance. Hence, it is important that the laboratory test results are representative and can be translated into practical applications without any problems.
At the requests of numerous customers, BHS has therefore developed a laboratory mixer with 60 l volume, which is a truly scaled down version of a real BHS Twin-Shaft Batch Mixer. Lab tests thus correlate to actual field performance.
The lab mixers are available in 3 kW or 2 x 5,5 kW power rating and with a frequency converter (optional).

Mixing System

These 4x4 concrete mixers feature high stability, even with a full load and on difficult and rough stretches. High-tensile electrowelded steel frame, articulated with oscillating bridge for greater stability, and double soft-system jack. Even though small, the concrete mixers of the DB 110 and DB 180 series confirm the high standard of the equipment designed to assist the operator. Stan-dard production includes automatic mechanical closing of the loading shovel to prevent material spillage during loading into the drum. Water tank positioned at the front for better weight distribution in order to always operate in safety conditions. FIORI makes enormous and continuous efforts to improve the safety of the concrete mixers. Unique in its 1 cu m category the DB 110 is fitted standard with 3 windows and driving reversibility. The DB 180 can also have a closed cabin.

The cabin is mounted on a silent block to prevent vibrations inside the cabin. Both water tanks are also mounted on a silent block.Radiator in alluminium. Thanks to the patented system the drum turns until the unloading mouth is directly at the front near the driver’s seat. In this way, the material can be unloaded keeping an eye on the casting area while driving. This is particularly useful when unloading on the wrong side. In addition, again for the safety and convenience of the operator, the texture of the concrete can be checked directly from the driver’s seat without having to get out of the cabin. Easy accessibility for maintenance on the engine and the components of the hydraulic circuit. Thanks to the particular design, studied to reduce manoeuvres during loading with the shovel, the Zeta kinematic mechanism makes the self-loading system look like a sort of “wheel-loader” shovel with enormous advantages and time saving. Stetter Light Line
An optimised drum geometry and arrangement of the mixing spirals as well as additional weightreduced
equipment are the reason for an extremely light mixer body. A payload of up to 8 m3 concrete
can be reached in combination with “low-weight” 4-axle vehicles.
The new mixing spirals which a patent was applied for enable the application of the higheststrength
wear resistant steels available in the market.
