The XLe compact (96x96x57) all-in-one controller comes with a 128x64 LC-Display and has full monochrome graphics capabilities. It is equipped with built-in I/O coupled with the dual protocol capabilities and optional internal telecommunication modules.
The OCS with its full IEC61131-3 integrated development environment for logic, HMI design, networking and I/O configuration is a very capable PLC with full graphics capability. The operator interface used in the XLe series is a high visibility graphics monchrome LC-Display with blue LED backlight offering excellent readability to the user in the most difficult conditions.

Microvision Plus (3 axis interpolated controller)
All the power of a numeric controller with ISO programming in a cheap structure based on a RISC 16 bit processor. Monochromatic 5” display can be touch screen which improves navigation making it more user friendly. Drivers can be connected to the controller either through analog +/-10 V. signals or digital PWM or Step / Direction. Besides a considerable number of I/O “on board” many other devices can be added or remoted using the 2 available CANopen serial ports.

The Elliott Digital Governor (EDG) is a compact, cost efficient, packaged electronic speed control unit for precise, reliable speed control of mechanical drives or induction generators. The EDG has simple push-button control to provide improved reliability and speed control over hydraulic governors without the use of wearing parts such as linkages and bearings. Additionally, it does not require a separate programmer as required by many other speed control methods.
The EDG has numerous standard design features including a large, continiuous LCD display and a wide, continuously adjustable governing range from 200-10,000 Hz. Idle speed, ramp rate and turbine speed are programmable, while electrical trip speed is pre-programmed. Optional features include remote trip and start/stop capabilities. The unit is sized for 19-inch rack mounting and can be configured for NEMA A or NEMA D operation. The standard enclosure is NEMA 4X and is suitable for wall mounting.

Combustion and emission control, why?
In 1997 with the Kyoto's Conference and its regulations, the Governments decided to pay more attention to the CO2 flue gases reduction.
The European target for CO2 reduction is 8% compared to the year 1990 values.
Ascon is one of the leaders of this new conscience of environmental effects, managing, energy and financial saving.
Four guide lines have been defined: energetic renewable resources , diffusion of implementations to improve the final energy use, electrical energy production, and urban road traffic reduction.
One of the most important steps is to improve the plants efficiency by means of the continuous control of the flue gases oxygen content.

combustion efficiency optimisation by means of the control of the air/fuel ratio (energy saving);
check of correct plant working under different operating conditions, simple identification of possible anomalies and then relevant corrections (safety);
reduction of Nitrogen oxide pollution (to reduce environment impact).

Libratherm offers ready to use control panel for electrical furnaces, ovens or any other electrical heating system, which can be used by the OEMs or the end users. The panels are fabricated as per the auto-cad drawing using the high grade steel and are duly powder coated. The size, volume and the air circulation arrangement of the panel is chosen as per the requirement. Depending upon the requirement and application of heating system and desired degree of temperature accuracy the temperature controllers, controlling method and the end controlling device is selected. The panels can be supplied for single phase load or three phase load.
The main controllers can be simple On/Off controllers (model DTC-300, DTC-720) or more precise single or multi loop PID controllers (model PID-300, PID-966, PID-723 or PID-8000) or the single or multi zone Ramp/Soak profile programmers (model PRC-300, PRC-309, PRC-8000 etc…) The parallel safety controllers can be selected as model DTC-300 or linearized controller model DLC-301.
The final controlling device can be a suitably rated electromechanical contactor or solid state relays for single and three phase load. For larger capacity heating systems requiring precise control, thyristor power controllers (either phase angle controlled or burst firing control) are incorporated, having single phase, two phase or three phase star/delta load configuration. The suitably rated heavy duty terminals or bus bars are provided for heater and power line connections. The load connections are isolated using the suitable contactors in series to isolate the heating system during maintenance of the panel or the heater load.

TEM10 are mounted on canopies. They allow the Manual and Automatic operation and the removal of power through alternator by socket protected by switches.
The degree of protection is IP55 in the command part, while it is IP44
in the socket place (IP 55 is an optional and it can be requested with special sockets).
These panels are suitable for being used daily in a generator in safety. Actually, they are characterized by sturdiness, components reliability and a lot of care during assemblying phase. A 10 poles connector (which is placed on the front part of the sockets panel) ,allows to connect to a Mains/generator transfer switch panel (i.e. ATS-E) managed by the Control Panel.
These panels are equipped with all it is necessary for their installation: bolts, power cable to connect to alternator (up to 125Amp), metal plug to be inserted into the panel to connect the engine cables.
They use an electronic device which is named TE806. It is simple and reliable. It is also homologated for being used in the most severe environments with maximum security. All controls related to mains and generators electrical measures and all engine controls are shown on a 4 led digits display. It is an easy and powerful device with a lot of available functions.
