APL - U.V.P (UV Curing Lamps)
U.V. Lamps are widely used for various industrial applications like curing of coatings on paper, board. We keep all type U.V. Curing and metal halide replacement lamps. Standard configuration lamps are available to a wide range of machines.
We are able to provide custom Lamps for 6mm to 3000mm with power ranging from 100 watt per inch 500 watt per inch. Also available are a wide selection of ceramic and metal connectors to custom to the needs of different users.

DYMAX light-curable adhesives cure in seconds upon exposure to longwave ultraviolet light and/or visible light. Light-curable adhesives optimize the speed of automated assembly, enable 100% in-line inspection, and increase product throughput. Industrial adhesives are available for plastic sealing, metal bonding, and glass assembly, as well as for joining dissimilar substrates.

The UV Light Cure ® resins are one component products that cure in a few seconds under ultraviolet rays. They are intended, for the most part, for the assembly of translucent materials like glass and transparent plastics (PMMA, PC...). On top of their curing speed, the Light Cure® resins are ideal for high production speeds. For the most pari they will give a perfectly transparent jointing, of optical quality, with extreme resistance and excellent protection against Chemicals.
The polymerization takes place in a few minutes to a fraction of a second. AEC adapts the priming of the resins, and thus the timing of the operation and the application to the base. The glues go from liquid to extremely sticky thixotropic.
