JetI/O 6510 is a Block I/O module equipped with one Ethernet port and 8 channels Analog Input connectors. JetI/O 6510 provides 16 bit resolution and high accuracy for I/O data collecting. The analog input range can support from 150mV to 10V and 20mA. The values are most adopted in the industrial environment.
The JetI/O 6510 supports advanced peer-to-peer I/O function. The logic result of IO channels from one device can be sent to more than one peer JetIO devices without additional intermediate controller and thus modify their channel status.
With the peer-to-peer I/O function JetI/O 6510 can configure with up to 8 Unicast IP addresses of the peers reducing network traffic, saving all devices’ computing power, as well as making peer-to-peer activity across a LAN segment easily.
JetI/O 6510 provides Windows Utilities, SNMP and Web for configuration. Industrial Modbus/TCP protocol and OPC Server driver for integrating JetI/O with existed HMI/SCADA. Robust aluminum case is with good heat dispersing and IP31 protection. With JetI/O users can easily perform status monitoring and control the remote I/O devices.

The Trio CAN16 I/O module offers a compact DIN rail mounted I/O expansion capability for all Trio Motion Coordinator controllers. Up to 16 modules may be connected to the CAN link which may be up to 100m long. This provides 256 bi-directional channels of distributed I/O at 24Vdc level. All points are short-circuit proof and competely isolated from the CANbus. The Trio CANbus I/O expansion can considerably reduce machine wiring.

I/O Ring is a proprietary OSAI bus using fibre optics to connect different devices for the management of Input and Output signals and machine peripherals. Digital I/O modules are available for both relay (OSARING, 44 inputs + 24 outputs), and transistor (High Density, 66 inputs + 36 outputs) devices. It is also possible to connect the Pilot Panel operator console through the I/O Ring.

The safety modules of ET 200M, ET 200S, ET 200pro (IP67) and/or the digital block peripheral device ET 200eco (IP67) are used for the distributed expansion of safety controllers. In a centralized configuration, the S7-300F CPU can be expanded with safety modules of ET 200M.
All safety modules can diagnose internal and external faults and are internally redundant. They have their own self-tests and fulfill the obtaining safety requirements. In addition, "safety" and "non safety" I/O modules can be combined in an ET 200M/ET 200S/ ET 200pro station. Both the safety and the standard I/O modules are interfaced via a fieldbus system, i.e. PROFIBUS with PROFIsafe profile.
The safety modules of ET 200S and ET 200pro can also be connected to a PROFINET network via PROFINET interface modules.
