BODAS controllers for quickly and affordably creating a mobile-hydraulic complete solution without time-consuming and expensive hardware development.
The RC controllers are the heart of the BODAS system with multifunctional inputs and outputs for the control of the electrohydraulics components in the machine. BODAS RC controllers are optimally meeting the requirements of mobile working machines with a diversified application spectrum.
In complex applications, multiple controllers can be connected via the CAN bus to form a network. The number of the inputs and outputs can be extended quickly and economically with the CAN I/O-extension module RCE. Safety features integrated in the standard version enable simple and reliable machine diagnostics.
Matched to the RC controllers, the BODAS software modules offer preconfigured application solutions for drive and working hydraulics. A comprehensive tool chain for parameterization, for diagnostics and for flashing the BODAS controllers is available with the BODAS-service.

Electronic controllers are designed for electric motor drives
based on the battery supplied asynchronous motors, electronicaly commutated brushless motors with permanent magnets and DC commutator motors. They are designed for use in various
drive systems. They are built in the MOSFET technology. Their
method of operation is adapted to the operation with various
types of motors. Controllers are designed on the basis of
processors; therefore a wide setting of functions is possible.

Model 1310 Vehicle System Controller
The latest generation of Curtis controllers, AC, allows for dynamic system configuration with embedded VCL. The new Curtis Vehicle Controller, Model 1310, extends this capability to other Curtis controllers. It is a single-point "Master" control of multiple vehicle functions which can be applied to electric vehicles, non-electric vehicles and stationary control systems. Model 1310 works in conjunction with Curtis CAN-based motor controllers and other CAN-open devices. It uses the industry standard 2-wire CAN-bus technology and integrates digital and analog signals with application- specific software.
