iForks, the world first completely wireless scale forks for forklift trucks, reach trucks and narrow aisle trucks. Since all components are fully integrated in the forks, the iForks have no external cabling whatsoever and the weighing system can be installed onto any forklift truck in a matter of minutes: plug & weigh! From that moment on, every load lifted by the truck is instantly and accurately weighed.
iFORKS IS RESISTANT FOR ROUGH USE AND EXTREMELY COMPACT
Each scale fork communicates the weight lifted with the weight indicator in the cabin via Bluetooth. The weighing system is powered by robust, exchangeable battery modules. All electronics and power components are exclusively developed by RAVAS for the iForks concept. Which is why they are resistant to rough use and also extremely compact, fork dimensions (w x h = 133 x 58 mm) very close to those of standard lift truck forks.
iFORKS: EASY TO USE AND LOW COSTS
The iForks weight indicator in the cabin shows the weight of the load on the forks and offers a complete range of weighing functions: gross/net weighing, total weight per shipment, code entry, date/time registration, and piece counting. The indicator can provide weight data transfer to a printer, a data terminal, or directly to a WMS or ERP system, via RS232, Bluetooth or WiFi. The display is equipped with backlight, making it perfectly readable even in the darkest corners of a warehouse or production environment. iForks offers Digital Calibration Technology: via the keys of the indicator the scale can be digitally adjusted, quickly and accurately. Which makes for a very maintenance friendly weighing system and low cost of ownership.

MSE knows the use of pallets for the storage of goods is unavoidable in a company. But what if you want to save time and space by sending your goods to the customer without using pallets? MSE introduces the RollerForks® which can be used for palletless handling. RollerForks® are in fact ‘standard’ lift truck forks with two layers of rollers. When the under most row of forks touches the floor, it causes the uppermost rollers to rotate in the opposite direction whereby the forks slide under the slipsheet without disturbing the products. When the forks are lifted up, the rollers ‘fall’ downwards and place the products securely on the upper side of the forks, enabling the products to be unloaded in the opposite loading order. The RollerForks® have unique characterisations with regard tot the familiar push-pull system.

G-Series Rotators give your driver the ability to quickly dump or invert a load, and then immediately return the forks to the pick-up position in one continuous motion. Cascade rotators are widely used in food processing, automotive manufacturing, chemical processing, recycling operations, smelting and casting operations, and general manufacturing—anywhere it is necessary to dump bins or tote boxes.

Whenever it comes to lifting loads which are much longer than the forks of the existing lift truck, ForkExtensions are the ideal solution.
They are characterized by a solid welded box design and equipped with locking bolts. This offers significant advantages concerning mounting, application and safety.
Two different designs are perfectly adapted to operational requirements:
Open version:
- Solid welded structure (no bent profile)
- Open lower side
- Tip shaped and chamfered
- For transport of loads which are distributed over the whole length of the extension
Closed version:
- Welded and extra solid box design
- Closed lower side
- Tip shaped and chamfered
- For transport of loads which have their centre of gravity outside the length of the basic fork

Carriage scale for lift trucks
The RVL weighing carriage plate allows weighing in combination with attachments, like clamps or rotators: the carriage plate scale is mounted between the original carriage plate of the trucks and the attachment, via standard Class 2 or 3 fittings.
The 110 weight indicator is mounted in the cabin of the truck. Signal transfer from carriage plate scale to indicator is by Bluetooth connection.
Since the combination of carriage plate scale and attachment causes a displacement of the center of gravity of the load on the forks, it is advised to recalculate the residual lifting capacity of the truck.

RAVAS supplies a complete range of scales for mounting on forklift trucks.
RCS system
For simple check weighing, where a high accuracy is not required, there is the RCS hydraulic load indication system. With the RCS an oil pressure sensor is installed onto the hydraulic circuit of the forklift by means of a T-coupling. The indicator in the cabin translates the measurement into a weight indication of the load on the forks. The RCS has a limited accuracy, with a possible error of maximum 2% of the lifting capacity of the truck.
The system is meant for simple check weighing, such as the checking of incoming goods, and for avoiding the overloading of lorries, warehouse racking and the forklift truck itself.
RCS PLUS system
The RCS PLUS is an accurate hydraulic weighing system for forklift trucks. On a forklift truck with a capacity of 2.500 kg the weight graduation is displayed in steps of 2 kg, with a 5 kg tolerance (+/- 0.2%). The RCS PLUS weighs by measuring the pressure in the hydraulic lifting system of the forklift truck, via a temperature compensated sensor on a valve block.
During a controlled descent of the mast the pressure in the hydraulic system is measured repeatedly, the software translates these measurements into an accurate weight indication of the load on the forks.

The Double Height Shift System is designed to adjust the height of a standard lift-truck mast. This is especially useful if the existing mast does not comply with the requested height or when a certain under-door-clearance is needed. The cylinders are integrated on each side of the forks meaning minimal lost load thickness and maximum visibility.
|
|
|
Fork positioners allow lift truck operators to move the forks quickly and accurately to fit different pallet sizes without leaving their seats.
|
|
|
If the fork-lift truck is operating on ground that is not flat, one of the forks can compensate for the difference in height ensuring the safe loading and unloading of goods without damage. The combination of two integrated cylinders, connected on each side of the fork, makes the SHSS a very powerful vertical positioning system.
