Adjustable precision guide bushes with optional wedging
Guide bushes "type SPIETH" are round of linear guiing devices for all ranges of the precise machine and building of devices. The employment of these guide bushes is indicated if the advantages of the slider, e.g. high absorption are to be used, and smallest guidance play is required. Thus these guide bushes at Führungsgestellen, at round carriage guides, at headstock guides, at press tappets etc. are successfully used. Additionally to the linear movement also simultaneous rotating motion is possible. High acceleration values are unproblematic during according to arranged lubricant supply.
The environment parts which can be made simply can be implemented in usual ISO tolerance. Existing adding play always permits an easy assembly, also when large dimensions. The demanded close guidance play is optimally stopped during the assembly procedure. Both small geometrical errors of the environment parts, and operational influences, like higher temperatures e.g. arising, can be considered. With possibly arising wear a play adjustment is possible.

BALL BREARINGS LINEAR RAILS are made of RUNNER that moves in a fixed RAIL.
Designed for load capacity from some kg to 600 kg PER RUNNER, the common length of the rail is 3 meters. It can be 5 meters for some references. Should some applications need very great lengths, the rails can be prepared for an end to end mounting.
Linear rails is the optimum solution for protective or access DOORS applications (machine tools, vehicles, trains or subways) .
