The hydraulic valves DCV are available in monoblock construction (up to 6 spools and 60 litre/min) and in modular construction (up to 12 spools and 200 litre/min).
Due to materials used and production methods the DCV valves can be applied in applications up to 400 bars.
The principal applications are: crane (forestry, lifting and trucks), shipyard machines, waste compactors, municipal machines and so on....

The directional spool valve bank type PSL is designed for constant delivery pump systems (pressure/flow controller) whereas the type PSV is for variable displacement pump systems. Both are available in three sizes.
They serve to control the direction of motion and provide infinite control of the speed of motion of hydraulic consumers regardless of their load. Several consumers may be operated simultaneously and independantly of each other.
The main field of application is mobile hydraulics (e.g. crane controls etc.).
These valve banks can be tailored to a specific application, requiring unequal max. consumer flows at port A and B as well as additional functions such as functional cut-off. |

BREVINI HYDRAULICS was formed in 1996 and it is the youngest company of Brevini Group.
With their integrated digital electronics, the HPV load-sensing proportional valves and the MPE range of joysticks, provide solutions with the latest generation in control.
All the components, (mechanical and electrical) are of exclusive in-house design and the mechanical-hydraulic components are covered by 4 international licences.
There are two available sizes: HPV41 and HPV77 with capacity of 140 and 240 litre/min (37 – 36 gpm).
Both versions are available with ATEX conformity and they can be supplied with manual, hydraulic and electric controls.
