XVARI Technology
The breakthrough in hydraulic pump technology & ergonomics
Tremendously high oil delivery, precise control and ergonomic operation; three characteristics of the new XVARI® Technology pump developed by Enerpac. Never before have these three vital product characteristics been combined in one hydraulic pump. With XVARI® Technology, Enerpac has again set a new industrial standard for succeeding the 50-year old technology of current air-over-hydraulic foot pumps. The XVARI® Technology replaces the popular and widely-used linear air motor technology with improved ergonomics, precise metering of the hydraulic oil flow and also offers a higher oil delivery for increased productivity and efficiency.
XVARI ~ Be in control
XVARI® Technology enables users to continuously and precisely control the amount of hydraulic oil flow in advance and retract mode and thereby the speed of the hydraulic cylinder or tool that the pump is powering - specifically for jobs that require accurate load positioning, aligning and controlled descend. XVARI® Technology enables the user to better control the hydraulic application, improves productivity, enhances process quality and makes the workplace safer.

OLMEC pumps are used to supply pressurized oil, emulsion or water circuits, and hydraulic users operating in on-off mode.
These pumps operate with reciprocating motion, single-acting or double-acting, powered by a pneumatic control valve which stops when the maximum hydraulic pressure is reached, maintaining the pressure in the circuit without further air consumption. If the hydraulic pressure drops, the pump is automatically restarted to restore the preset hydraulic conditions.
The most common fields of application are:
hydraulic tests on seals and resistance with oil or water;
supply of cylinders for clamping, assembly and maintenance equipment;
fixed or mobile emergency work units;
oil or grease lubrication systems;
all environments with explosion risk;
Laboratory testing;

The pneumatically hydraulic high-pressure pumps of the series PMA are laid out for the promotion of liquids with pressure up to 2.400 bar, at a pneumatics printing of 7 bar. These high-pressure pumps become everywhere there
begun, where compressed air is available as energy source and where a high and/or highest hydraulic printing is needed for test or for test purposes and/or for other applications. With compression tests the systems which can be examined are filled, aired out with a suitable liquid (oil, emulsion, pure water) under low pressure and brought afterwards by the Madan PMA of high-pressure systems on the desired pressure. All pumps of the Madan PMA series are supplied in rustproof execution (high-grade steel material 1,4401). Thus long life span and maintenance-free operation are ensured.

The Enerpac ZA4 - The Next Generation in Air Powered Hydraulic Pumps
Introducing the ZA4-series, Enerpac’s newest high-pressure hydraulic air-driven pump designed for in-plant, industrial applications and medium to large construction projects. The new ZA4 pump features the Z-Class high efficiency pump design—a design known for its higher oil flow and bypass pressure. Whether powering a cylinder or operating a tool, the ZA’s industry-leading hydraulic flow at 700 bar will improve productivity in any application. And, because of their ATEX 95 certification, the Enerpac ZA Pumps are safe for use in environments such as refinery, petro-chemical and oil & gas processing.
Reservoirs come in 4 to 40 litres capacities. A sight gauge on the 4 and 8 litres models and a level gauge on the larger reservoirs allow quick and easy oil level monitoring. The manual control valves on ZA4-series pumps come with built-in user adjustable pressure relief valve. Standard models are available to fit most applications and custom configurations, when required, are available from an extensive ordering matrix.
The optional heat exchanger warms exhaust air to prevent freezing and cools the hydraulic oil.
Enerpac ZA Series Air Hydraulic Pumps—tough, dependable and innovative.

Hydratron Air Operated Hydraulic Pumps are capable of generating output pressures of up to 45,800 PSI ( 3,160 Bar ) when supplied with just 100 PSI ( 7 Bar ) air pressure. There are 4 model ranges offering flows of up to 7 gpm ( 31.7 Ltr per min ).
These pumps will maintain pressure within a system indefinitely without consuming power or generating heat plus their output pressure can be infinitely varied by simply regulating the driving air pressure.
These pumps are ideal for pressure testing, chemical injection and for hydraulic power applications. Standard models are suitable for oil or water service having wetted parts manufactured from stainless steel and aluminium bronze. Options include all stainless steel wetted parts for pumping more aggressive chemicals with isolation chambers which keep the pneumatic and hydraulic sections of the pumps completely separate. This is particularly desirable when pumping hazardous fluids.
Pumps can be supplied individually or mounted in Power Pack form in which case they are mounted within metal frames complete with reservoirs, all necessary air controls, output pressure gauges and pressure release valves.

SKF Air-driven Hydraulic Pumps, THAP series
30, 150, 300 and 400 MPa (4 350, 21 750, 43 500 and 58 000 psi)
The THAP Air-driven Hydraulic Pumps are available in four different pressure versions. They can be used for mounting OK Couplings, large pressure joints such as bearings, flywheels, couplings and railway wheels. The pumps consist of a high-pressure hydraulic pump, driven by an air piston.
The units are supplied in a sturdy case including oil suction and return hoses with quick connect couplings. The pumps can also be supplied in complete sets, which consists of pump, pressure gauge, adapter block, highpressure pipe and connection nipples.
|
|
The air-hydraulic BELL units are meant to operate single and double acting cylinders depending on the versions. This type of pump can be applied in all the hydraulic applications, especially in those which require high performances and pressures, and in all cases in which the oil flow must be modulated and controlled.
There are many applications, in the industiial field, such as stirrup, presses, extractors, pullers, hose fitting, bead breakers, clamping equipments, as well as in the automotive field for example car and motorbike lifts, pulling bars for bodyworks straightening benches.

PP - Air/hydraulic pumps (series 1000)
PP-1000 air/hydraulic pumps are very compact one-stage pumps that work in any position, horizontally or vertically thanks to a rubber bladder built in to the tank. The pumps can be operated by hand or foot.
• High oil flow.
• Easy to fill and check oil level.
• Safety valve prevents overfilling the tank.
• Return oil line can be connected to oil filler hole.
PP70-1000 - for those pumps we recommend gauge AMT801 and gauge adapter AVM204. Other combinations of gauge and gauge adapter are however possible.
PP70-1000/LS201, PP70-1000/LS250 - PP70-1000 pumps are available in a pre-mounted version with 2 m or 2,5 m hydraulic hose, quick coupling (AQI7) and swivel coupling (ASE10).
