Though one of the oldest forms of parts washing, immersion and agitation washing systems still have their position in the marketplace. Depending on work flow, cleanliness levels, budgetary concerns, and many other factors, an agitation immersion system from JRI may be the perfect solution for you.
JRI currently builds these systems as custom units, so no matter what size your part is, we can design a unit around your needs. Immersion/Agitation systems can be designed as stand alone wash units or integrated together to provide a multi-stage cleaning system.
In fact, many of JRI's standard options can be integrated in these units. Including, particulate bag filtration, bottom heat gas burner systems, fresh water make-up and control, programmable cycle timers, stainless steel construction, recirculating pumps with enductor nozzles, and custom part fixturing just to name a few!
Are you looking to process parts in-line? JRI has a solution for that! We have pre-engineered packages for automating multi-stage systems so that there will be no operator involved in transferring of parts.

Les installations de lavage HAMO T-840 et T-840L sont constituées de modules indépendants, assemb-lés afin de constituer un processus de nettoyage adapté aux demandes des clients.
Le concept de ces deux systèmes multi-chambres, intègre les différentes techniques de lavage (ex. aspersion, ultrasons, rinçage). La motorisation, à l‘intérieur des modules, s‘effectue à l‘aide d‘une chaîne d‘entraînement en acier inoxydable. Celle-ci autorise un transfert libre et sans à-coups du panier de lavage (pas de fixation mécanique), il en résulte ainsi aucun risque d‘endommagement lors du passage d‘un module à l‘autre. Une fois le panier en position dans le module, le canal de lavage, de rinçage ou de séchage du panier est automatiquement raccordé à l‘arrivée du fluide d‘eau ou d‘air. Pour un équipement dont l‘exécution doit être conforme aux exigences pharmaceutiques, le panier de lavage se couple avec le rinçage indépendant (GMP) et le soufflage des conduites.

Work pieces with a complex geometry such as blind holes and undercuts are generally cleaned using immersion procedures. In contrast to spray cleaning, which takes place mostly using watery cleaners, immersion cleaning is also carried out with solvents.
When the work piece is immersed in the cleaning bath, the adhering contaminants are removed primarily through the chemical cleaning effects of the medium employed. To increase the effect, the goods can be turned or slewed in the bath. Depending on the application, the cleaning action can also be supplemented through the use of ultrasound or injection flood washing.
