Ceever "Robot" plants are composed by different basins, one or more automatic transport trolley for the movement of the basket and a covering gallery that avoid any diffusion of fumes. The great success of this plants is due to its versatility, but also to its great productivity and reliability. It’s also recognized as eco-friendly.
It’s possible to adapt our plants to several kind of treatments cycles and also to adapt very different kind of automatic loading and unloading system to its. Robot series is suitable for polishing, galvanic treatments, phosphatizing and burnishing.
Another important feature is the "random system" that allows to choose for every basked its own treatment program, that’s mean the opportunity to doesn’t work by lot. This system allows a great versatility in the use of the plant.

Any treatment of washing that employing liquid solutions, needs a deep and turbolent contact between the detergent and the contaminant agent that cover the parts to treat.
Agito plants combine immersion cleaning with agitation by vertical movement. This movement allows a continuous renew of the liquid in contact with the parts to treat, this permit to obtain better results in comparison with an usual static cleaning. The vertical agitation is obtained thanks to a pneumatic cylinder, placed behind the vat, which is connected to the loading platform. It is possible make multi stage plants in semiautomatic or automatic version, by aligning the single units according to the cycle of treatment.
It's possible to adapt this plants at many special treatments. More usual are: cleaning, phosphating, burnishing, oiling and chemistry paint-removing.
Built in some standard models but it is also possible to realize them according to specific customer requirements.
In order to optimize the cycle treatment, it is possible to install optional like:
De-oilers
Filtrations
Automatic water restoration
Fluxing pump
Rollers conveyors
Ultrasounds
Drying
Indirect heating

The hydrokinetic washers exploit the mechanical action of the liquid (usually water and detergent or water-based solvent), moved at high pressure and flow-rate inside a washing chamber that includes a rotating drum holder.
Typical applications include the treatment of considerable amounts of turned items, inserted in large drums, although other pieces, also of large size, can be directly placed inside them.
The combined action of the moved liquid and the rotation of the pieces around their axis facilitates the removal of oily residues, and especially of all process residues.
The washing cycle is based on a spray phase and an immersion phase, during which the detergent solution is shaken vigorously. This combines the chemical action of the degreaser with the mechanical action of the jets.
This procedure may be followed by a rinsing phase and by air or air-vacuum drying.

Ceever has studied its WK washing plant system appositely to respond to a competitive market and to a demanding clientele with an increasingly attention towards the environment. These plants work with water, so without any problem of external emission.
WK system is formed by an horizontal cylindrical cleaning chamber, one (or two) tank of service and a distiller of water. The treatment chamber contains a longitudinal axle rotary structure that allows the total or partial rotation of the pieces inside of the washing chamber. The vacuum distiller allows to have a closed circuit machine that always washes with clean water. During the treatment all components operate vacuum with locally controlled absolute pressure. Plants are totally managed by PLC and they include a graphic display of visualization.
A cycle of standard treatment is divided in three parts:
• Vacuum prewash
• Vacuum wash
• Vacuum drying
WK plants may have a series of optional:
• Ultrasounds: they operate, inside of washing room, at a pressure of 110 mb
• Additional filtrations: they allow to sprinkle filtrate water on the pieces that we have to wash
• Teleservice: it’s a modem that allows the remote control of the plant. It’s helpful during the assistance operation and it can be used to send notification (for example alarms) through SMS
• Automatic loading and unloading: it’s a device that allows the plants to work without garrison

Mixed washing machines with drum
The washing plant with drum is particularly suitable for degreasing small metal parts (screws, nuts and bolts etc.).
The components to be treated are generally placed on a hopper which chokes the load of the machine.
The transport system consists of a spiralled drum which by rotating on its axis drags the pieces through the different stages of treatment and then unloads them on a chute or directly into baskets.
This is an extremely reliable and versatile plant.

The hydro-kinetic washing machine is ideal for cleaning and degreasing details of reduced dimensions and various shapes.
The components are placed in special baskets and then inserted into a rotating drum on its horizontal axis inside a cabin.
The washing cycle includes a spraying phase and a dipping phase with strong shaking of the detergent solution. In this way the chemical action of the degreasing product is combined with the mechanical action of the jets. This is followed, where applicable, by a rinsing phase and lastly, drying.
This is an extremely reliable, compact and flexible solution, ideal for productions of reduced volumes and good levels of cleaning can be obtained.

Standard washing systems with dipping in tanks and with automatic travelling lift
The system with dipping in tanks and with an automatic travelling lift is the suitable solution for multi-stage treatment cycles (phosphating, activating, pickling, chromating). The components are placed in baskets to then be transported by an automatic lift system to the various treatment tanks and then to the drying station. The system can be developed in line or with loading and unloading concentrated in the same position. It is possible to programme different cycles according to the components to be treated.

Standard spray washing machines with booth, one or more stages
The machine with booth is recommended for the inter-operational washing of various details if high standards of cleaning are not required.
Generally the pieces are placed in baskets and then introduced into the work chamber, where washing is by spraying, followed by drying. In some cases (typically before and after the thermal treatments), there may be several stages (for example: spray washing washing by dipping rinsing).
Loading and unloading can easily be automated.

Ultrasonic Tanks available in the following versions:
Tanks for labs and industrial type, for single use or parts of complete treatment lines, rinsing tanks included, protection, shaft drying oven (air-circulation). Where necessary these lines are comparable to the new solvent dryers, not cfc.
Automatic Tanks with pneumatic agitation systems, single composing a line, with or without automatic baskets transfer.
Automatic Plants, made of automatic tanks lines as per needs, with Multitransfert systems (all baskets moving at the same time) and Robotronic (One basket moving after another through automatic chariots) with carrying capacity from 10 up to 150 Kg. Some of the most sophisticated realizations permit the use of baskets both turning or not turning, rectangular or cylindrical.
Automatic mixed cycle Plants, realized to meet with the most difficult requirements like: Super-washing treatment with residual limits; Cupper or brass with passivation; Treatment of brass with polishing paste before transparent painting (handling, gift articles, and so on, ..); Treatment of material which can have temperature limits for drying (use of tunnel with own conveyor); Treatment of delicate material which cannot bear oxidation (use of vacuum drying systems).
Ultrasonic Plant for washing bright brass before transparent painting working with water cleaners, this machine works under hardest conditions and guarantees a sure and constant result of degreasing and removing of brightening pastes (even "older" from some days) thanks to the balance obtained with essential components: chemical products, treatment cycle, ultrasonic ratio watt/litre, drying at constant temperature.

6. 100% reliability and hygiene based on patented container
replacement
Tap water is made up of a large number of constituents, such as lime and salts. Untreated tap water is only suitable for air humidification if it contains very small quantities of lime and salts. Even the constituents of medium-hardness water can cause serious problems. For trouble-free, 100 % hygienic air humidification, the DRAABE 'PerPur' reverse osmosis plant produces ultra-clean, partially desalinated water. A variety of sizes and an extensive accessories range allow flexible customisation to handle specific tasks.
Principle of function:
Water is pushed through a diaphragm under high pressure. In the process, salts, lime and micro-impurities (colloids) are filtered out and scavenged as concentrate. The process water is up to 99% desalinated and practically germ-free.
Application:
Recommended for all DRAABE air humidification systems.
