BL 931700 mini pH controller has been designed for easy, affordable installation in tight spaces to perform simple yet effective process control. As a result of its compact size, BL 931700 can be installed right next to tanks or vats.
This versatile controller is ideal for a wide variety of applications, such as textiles, papers, photographic solutions, plating baths, chemicals and water treatment.
BL 931700 is provided with a selectable setpoint for acid or basic dosage. Measurements are directly acquired from a pH electrode in the range from 0 to 14 with a 0.01 pH resolution. Accuracy is ensured by the 2 point calibration, performed manually through trimmers on the front panel. You can also choose automatic or manual dosing mode with a switch on front panel. Manual control is particularly useful during maintenance operations, because it permits you to enable or disable the dosing relay according to your need.
The overtime control system advises you when the relay is active too long, helping to prevent overdosing. In addition, this model features a 4-20 mA analog output for recorder connection.
Two models are available, with different power supply input at 115/230 Vac or 12 Vdc.

The oil management system controls the oil level in the compressor crankcase. The system consists of the following ESK-components:
• ESK – Oil Separators
• ESK – Reservoir
• ESK – Oil Level regulators
• ESK – Pressure Valve
• ESK – Strainers
The oil carried over by a compressor in parallel systems has to be returned in the same quantity under all operating conditions. ESK-Oil management systems provide this control and work reliable.
Oil management systems are essential to control oil level if different compressor models are equipped in one a refrigeration system.

The LL series Liquid Level Sensor uses an optoschmitt trigger which provides a digital output that indicates the presence or absence of liquid. These components require user supplied external circuit protection.
The LLN series Industrial Liquid Level sensors are designed for harsh industrial environments with extremes in temperature, pressure, vibration, and shock. The LLN series are sealed to meet IP67 and have reverse polarity and overvoltage protection. Housed in stainless-steel, the LLN series has long life and is easy to clean. The LLN series terminates using industry standard Quick-connect connectors.

The pressure transmitters of type 681 with piezoresistive measuring elements have compensated, adjusted and amplified sensor signals which are available as standard voltage or current outputs. In the immersion-sensor version with a salt water and oil-resistant connection cable they are specially suited for level measurement, even in the presence of corrosive liquids.
The cable incorporates a tube for compensation of the ambient pressure.
Manufactured from stainless steel, its welded construction provides a watertight seal.

All continuous level measurements employing rod detectors or the SuperSens point detector can be equipped with the patented Radiation Interference Discrimination LB440-RID.
The system works only with Co-60 sources - the energy of the Cs-137 radiation (660 keV) is too close to the energy of sources commonly used in weld inspections to be reliably discriminated.
Existing Berthold Technologies equipment can be easily upgraded to include the RID technology.

Continuous level measurement over a measuring range of up to 8 meters

LL SERIES REFRIGERANT FLOAT SWITCHES
This float controlled, magnetically actuated, mechanically operated, HERMETICALLY SEALED switch assembly can maintain close control of liquid level. The rugged construction makes it relatively insensitive to disturbances of the refrigeration system or vibration of the attached pipelines. The electrical switch, which is fused, and the operating mechanism are encapsulated within a transparent housing, which HERMETICALLY SEALS the moving parts and switch from ambient conditions and yet allows observation of the switching motion for determination of the liquid level.
